April - What are you currently reading?
I'm reading The Devil Who Tamed Her by Johanna Lindsey. It's my pick for last months featured author challenge, but it came home from the library at the start of March and stayed on the cupboard until now. I have historical romance issues.
Starting April with the following:Reading C.L. Wilson's Lady of Light and Shadows and listening to Nora Roberts' Tears of the Moon.
Just finished A Heart So Wild by Johanna Lindsey last night and really enjoyed it. Today I started Butterfly Tattoo bye Deidre Knight. Just a few pages in and I am hooked!
Just finished up Linda Howard's All The Queen's Men and now starting Rachel Gibson's It Must Be Love.
well, so far I've finished--Changeless, Silver Borne (Mercedes Thompson, #5), and Wild Ride. Now I just have to decide what to read NEXT. Sigh, so many books, so little time.
@Ann aka Iftcan - how'd you like Silver Borne? I'm thinking of reading it soon for the Women We Love Challenge.I finished The Devil Who Tamed Her last night and have one thing to say - buy a freaking map woman!
Next up is The Initiation by L.J. Smith. I need to take refuge in a book I know I love.
I just finished Undead and Unwedand now I'm about 100 pages into Moon Called. I wasn't a huge fan of Undead and Unwed, it was alright...but Moon Called is good so far. I'm sure I'll continue that series.
Finished up It Must Be Love late yesterday afternoon, then stayed up till 5am (!!!) this morning and read Lori Foster's Never Too Much. Not sure what I'm going to read next ... probably Kresley Cole's Pleasure of a Dark Prince or Larissa Ione's Ecstasy Unveiled.
I just finished reading Dark Slayer by Christine Feehan and I have to say I am not too disappointed. Her books have been a little annoying for a while now because she has this annoying language she inserts into the text is so annoying.... All in all, it was an enjoyable book.

Nikki, I'm also reading Black Hills. I'm not that far into it, but I'm enjoying it. I think the locale is the only thing I'm finding that's wanting at this point. No offense to all of those from the Dakotas, but ranches and farms are really not my thing. She does make it sound beautiful though. I've never been there, and so I can't judge the location, but don't really relate to it.
I'm working on White Tiger by Vijaya Schartz. It's a space fantasy romance which is a very different kind of read for me.

I started feeling the same way but just finishing Bed of Roses (which I loved) made me want to try "Black Hills" It's been an okay read for me so far.

Happy Easter!!! I am reading Nice Girls Don't Have Fangs by Molly Harper...and I am absolutely loving it...talk about funny - its like reading & watching the movie play in your head at the same time...
I agree - I think Nora lost her way in this book but I really liked the bride quartet series so far - I have read the 1st 2 in this set by her & I think book 3 should be out soon...
I'm done with The Initiation and I also read The Captive and The Power to complete the series. Then I read The Thing About Jane Spring which was funny, and made me want to curl up with some old Doris Day movies.Next up is either Silver Borne or Unleash the Night (Dark-Hunter, #9), though I'm not sure which yet.
Since I apparently have book ADD right now (I can't concentrate on one book enough to finish it through) - I have two that i'm reading, both for challenges.
and
Just finished
. Wish someone had warned me that I would want to castrate Seth with a spork at the end of this book.Ahh well. Now i'm reading

&
which both have promising starts. Also reading

Finished up Lola Carlyle Reveals All by Rachel Gibson this morning at breakfast, and have just started Pleasure of a Dark Prince by Kresley Cole.

I am enjoying it very much! It doesn't wait to get the story started.
I finished Veil of Midnight and Highland Savage both were enjoyable books. I'm now reading Elizabeth's Wolf (Breeds, #3) and really like it a lot.
I'm done with Unleash the Night (Dark-Hunter, #9) (which I've loved since the first time I read it) and Silver Borne (which I was only going to read for 10 minutes, and ended up not moving till I'd finished the book - yey Adam-y goodness!). Not sure what's up next, though Sallie's comments on Nice Girls Don't Have Fangs are tempting me to go find my copy :)
Lock and Key this is the book im reading right now.im not very far i started it on Saturday, haven't found it very interesting very far.
im hoping it will get better because i like Sarah Dessen's books
I'm currently reading Iron Kissed, I'm enjoying it very much. I've had to put it down for a bit so I could come onto Goodreads and update everything. What does everyone think of the Mercedes Thompson series?
Natalie -- love the Mercy Thompson series :)I just finished Holly's Inbox which was amusing. I started the audiobook for Little Heathens: Hard Times and High Spirits on an Iowa Farm During the Great Depression for the monthly challenge. I'm also chomping at the bit to read steampunk novel Changeless
After a couple hard starts this month, started out with "Minion" by LA Bank.(God help me!!, it felt like a chore to read) threw that away after 30 pages into it. Then I started "A Girl's Guide to Vampires" by Katie MacAlister. ( Talk a bout a whiny, chatty bi**h, this heorine -Joy- took the cake.) I could'nt get pass her dialogue fast enough to finsh this book. Quite disapointing because I was looking forward to reading Katie MacAlister's series...now... It can wait. Finally on to some thing that I am enjoying so far. I'm reading "Halfway to the Grave" by Jeaniene Frost. Started it last night and I'm already on page 200. So far, I'm liking it!! I can breath... :D
Just read
,
(which I'd been meaning to read since it came out in Feb) and
in the last few days. Currently listening to
and reading
(thanks to Yz for recommending that for the April Challenge! Loving it so far!). Also reading
on my phone here and there. I stayed up until 2:30 last night reading Joining and I'm hoping I don't do it again tonight, but Lord of the Fading Lands is mighty good so far.
Amanda: I'm currently reading the second book in the Tairen Soul series, Lady of Light and Shadows, and its promising to be as good as the first. :)
