Ann aka Iftcan (iftcan) well, so far I've finished--Changeless, Silver Borne (Mercedes Thompson, #5), and Wild Ride. Now I just have to decide what to read NEXT. Sigh, so many books, so little time.

message 12: by Nikki ♥ (new)

Nikki ♥ Reading Black Hills by Nora Roberts.

message 13: by Nairabell (new)

Nairabell | 433 comments @Ann aka Iftcan - how'd you like Silver Borne? I'm thinking of reading it soon for the Women We Love Challenge.

I finished The Devil Who Tamed Her last night and have one thing to say - buy a freaking map woman!

Next up is The Initiation by L.J. Smith. I need to take refuge in a book I know I love.

Ashley (ashleylaura87) | 444 comments I just finished Undead and Unwedand now I'm about 100 pages into Moon Called.
I wasn't a huge fan of Undead and Unwed, it was alright...but Moon Called is good so far. I'm sure I'll continue that series.

message 15: by Mel W (last edited Apr 02, 2010 11:56PM) (new)

Mel W (melw) | 981 comments Finished up It Must Be Love late yesterday afternoon, then stayed up till 5am (!!!) this morning and read Lori Foster's Never Too Much. Not sure what I'm going to read next ... probably Kresley Cole's Pleasure of a Dark Prince or Larissa Ione's Ecstasy Unveiled.

message 16: by AvidReader:) (new)

AvidReader:) I just finished reading Dark Slayer by Christine Feehan and I have to say I am not too disappointed. Her books have been a little annoying for a while now because she has this annoying language she inserts into the text is so annoying.... All in all, it was an enjoyable book.

AvidReader:) Mel W wrote: "Just finished up Linda Howard's All The Queen's Men and now starting Rachel Gibson's It Must Be Love."

All the Queen's Men is an amazing book. I enjoyed it tremendously and I just love Linda Howard's books.

AvidReader:) Nikki wrote: "Reading Black Hills by Nora Roberts."

I am not sure about Black Hills by Nora Roberts because I think she has been losing her touch recently. She need to suck it up and get her muse back or something. :)

message 19: by Vanessa (new)

Vanessa (vanessamc) | 394 comments Nikki, I'm also reading Black Hills. I'm not that far into it, but I'm enjoying it. I think the locale is the only thing I'm finding that's wanting at this point. No offense to all of those from the Dakotas, but ranches and farms are really not my thing. She does make it sound beautiful though. I've never been there, and so I can't judge the location, but don't really relate to it.

message 20: by Julianna (new)

Julianna (authorjuliannad) | 1898 comments I'm working on White Tiger by Vijaya Schartz. It's a space fantasy romance which is a very different kind of read for me.

Happy Easter!!! I am reading Nice Girls Don't Have Fangs by Molly Harper...and I am absolutely loving it...talk about funny - its like reading & watching the movie play in your head at the same time...

I agree - I think Nora lost her way in this book but I really liked the bride quartet series so far - I have read the 1st 2 in this set by her & I think book 3 should be out soon...

message 26: by Nairabell (new)

Nairabell | 433 comments I'm done with The Initiation and I also read The Captive and The Power to complete the series. Then I read The Thing About Jane Spring which was funny, and made me want to curl up with some old Doris Day movies.

Not sure what's up next, though Sallie's comments on Nice Girls Don't Have Fangs are tempting me to go find my copy :)

message 42: by Ѽ Cher Ѽ (last edited Apr 06, 2010 07:22AM) (new)

Ѽ Cher Ѽ | 168 comments After a couple hard starts this month, started out with "Minion" by LA Bank.(God help me!!, it felt like a chore to read) threw that away after 30 pages into it. Then I started "A Girl's Guide to Vampires" by Katie MacAlister. ( Talk a bout a whiny, chatty bi**h, this heorine -Joy- took the cake.) I could'nt get pass her dialogue fast enough to finsh this book. Quite disapointing because I was looking forward to reading Katie MacAlister's series...now... It can wait. Finally on to some thing that I am enjoying so far. I'm reading "Halfway to the Grave" by Jeaniene Frost. Started it last night and I'm already on page 200. So far, I'm liking it!! I can breath... :D

Halfway to the Grave (Night Huntress, #1) by Jeaniene Frost

Loving it so far!). Also reading Full Moon Rising (Riley Jenson Guardian, #1) by Keri Arthur on my phone here and there. I stayed up until 2:30 last night reading Joining and I'm hoping I don't do it again tonight, but Lord of the Fading Lands is mighty good so far.
