Hey All, I promised Kay on facebook a list of my latest obsession, podcasts. But first, a question. Do you listen to podcasts while you work? If not, do you listen to anything? Do you find dialogue interferes with your work or is it good sometimes and bad at others? I never used to listen to talk anything while I was working, but of late I've gotten really inspired by many artist podcasts, hearing their processes, the ways of the business, how they got to where they are today, and their inspirations. I think it's because I'm reworking some pieces now so I know where they are going already. If it was totally new and fresh work, I'd have to opt for non-verbal music or just silence (verbal only if I don't understand what is being said). I'm interested in what works for you too.
Here's some of the stuff I've been listening to (and intend to listen to but haven't gotten to yet) and I'll add some more as I'm finding more all the time!
There's more but I need to get some shut eye and anyway that's something to chew on for now, huh? Do you have any favorites you would like to share or your own podcast?
Off to dreamworld, my favorite inspiration. G'night, Kim
