Utilising Maslow, Rogers, Nelson-Jones and the idea of EI (emotional intelligence) I devised the idea of recording the more underlying systems of my life. Basically I record my reactions to events by monitoring my emotions, the thoughts or beliefs I have about the even and my behaviour's. I then compare these reactions to evidence that validates the reasonability of the three basics of existence. I then reflect on the evidence and form an alternative perspective and then through evaluating the alternative I reassessment emotions and thoughts (i.e. no behaviour has occurred yet but this may be useful addition in the future.) I have devised a framework if anyone is interested let me know and I would very much appreciate feedback.
