Hmm.. I think we need not only an evil man, but an evil man working for an EVILLER man, who secretly is good but doesn't know he's evil, and the first evil man is plotting to overthrow the eviller man, who in reality is good, and that's exactly what the second evil man wants.

No... I have a better idea. How about a guy who is like leader of police, and is fighting the 'good' guys, but thinks he is good? In fact, I think that there is no 'Good' or 'Bad'. You're 'good' if you fight for the cause you believe in, and the other people are bad. But, to them, they are fighting for the 'right' cause and you are fighting for the 'wrong' one, so both an neither are true! 'Good' and 'Bad' are all points of view.

I think there should be good and bad. There's those who are doing what they want in innocence and then those who do it just for the fun of it.
