One of my favorite bands is Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band. Does anyone know if they are still together or performing?

I believe Seger is still out there kicking butt, but I am not sure if he is still using the Silver Bullets. I think he is playing the Chicago area soon. His site:

Looks about like the Silver Bullets are not there.
Yeah he is. Listening to Sunspot always makes me laugh. My dad actually to go see him. Said he didn't play Turn the Page though. It would've been amazing. I was born some twenty years later though.
I was working third many moon ago when I heard he was coming near me. I got off of work and got in line, I was about the 20th person. They didn't start selling tickets till 10.00am, I didn't get mine till around 11.00 or so. I waited 4 hours after i'd already worked all night to get good seats. Old school you couldn't get them at home, you stood in line. Well anyway I got 2 tickets, 1 for me and 1 for him. The night of the show we got in and he acts like a fool, and goes outside. Now everyone knows you can't get back in, but I tried to get the cop to let him back in, while he was outside doing the same thing, only I didn't know it. I was so mad I slammed outside just when he was fixing to come in. Needless to say I didn't get to see Bob Seger, and this was before he got sick, and I lost a good pair of sandals. I throw them at his head, he was running from me. I did make him pay me back for the tickes, and the sandals. :)
Lori, who's him? Your husband? What a nightmare of a night!I always laugh when I hear the line: "Points all her own, sitting way up firm and high." So silly but a good song. "Night Moves."
Yeah. I've actaully heard my mom tell my dad to change it in the rare occasion she hears those words. I don't think she does very often.
No T just one of those going through guys. LOL I smile every time I hear Bob singing. How about The Horizontal Bop? I love them all!
love Bob Seger. Also, Turn the Page is one of my 'go to' trivia questions:"On a long and lonesome highway
East of Omaha"
What state is he in at this moment in the song?
and there's the catch. Omaha, NE stops at the Missouri River therefore if he is East of Omaha he has to be in Iowa. Not many songs with Iowa references. :)
Hey I never thought of that! But it's a good thing he went there to sing and play for those people. I wonder if they have alot of concerts out there in Iowa?
