Well, I think you need to use an html code, so I usually upload to a site like photobucket.com and they'll generate the code for you. Also, I get images from sites like glitter-graphics.com and they have copy & paste html codes. Photobucket has them too so you can just search for what you're looking for and copy/paste into the comment box.
I hope that was clear, I feel like it was maybe a little jumbled.
