Icestar stepped out of the den and breathed in the fresh air. She wanted to go hunting, but would wait for the other wolves to wake first.

Darkwind shook her head, waking from her dream. She stood and walked out

"Hello, Darkwind," Icestar said. "Would you like to go hunting with me? I could do with a good plump fish."

"Sure." Darkwind ruffled her black fur and yawned

Icestar smiled and trotted out of camp.

Darkwind followed, her claws clicking on the dry floor

Icestar headed for the river.

Rockstrak was sorting herbs
Salmonnose streched

Icestar reached the river.
