I always enjoy Malcolm Gladwell's books and this was no exception. He breaks down the most interesting topics to see what parts have equaled the sum - in this case superiority and success in a given field. I always listen to his books on audio and he reads them himself; his enthusiasm and interest in his topic comes through in his voice.

I am also a huge fan of Gladwell's and just picked up Outliers from the library yesterday. I remember when I first started dating my husband, I discovered Gladwell books on his shelf at his apartment (among the sports non-fiction). I think that is where our love story began...Seriously though, I am really excited to read this one, and someone mentioned that it is a good book for teachers, which piqued my interest!

Good stuff!
