Spud Day: better than Thanksgiving? Discuss.

Spud Day is AS GOOD as Thanksgiving. I can't choose between baked and mashed, they both have a place in my heart.

As good. I would have liked pumpkin pie with lots of whipped cream, but Faythe's brownies were a very tasty substitute.

A little off topic, I ran in to Penny in the hallway and she said she would prefer to rub oil on the potatoes, throw on a little salt, and bake them nice and crispy. There's hope for next year...not that I didn't enjoy this year.

I am glad to hear this news about Penny. I am intrigued.
