Thankyou for the invitation to join this group. Since I'm trying to live more simply, I do not need to be in any more Goodreads groups. I'm in way too many already! But I just couldn't resist the irony of joining a group called Simplified Living! Perhaps I can learn something here. I'm Jan, mother and grandmother living in Perth, Western Australia. My house is too cluttered, on shelves, in corners, on benchtops...just too much stuff. So last year I decided that June would be the month for decluttering. Unfortunately, on May 26th, I broke my arm at rollerblading. So I couldn't do a thing. As I recovered, it was enough just to keep up with regular housework. Meanwhile I had discovered another distraction...Goodreads. Now that I'm doing things again, I'm having trouble juggling regular housework, decluttering, Goodreads and reading. And I still have too much stuff. So let's just distract me a bit more by joining yet another group...Simplified Living. Ah the irony!
