If a director were to make a remake of any movie and you had the chance to be in it and you could choose what movie it was that he/she remade, what movie would it be? Who would you be? Why did you choose that charectar/movie?

I would have them remake Step Up 2 and I would play Andy... And Justin Bieber would play the hot guy. :) Haha!! And you??
I have never seen Step Up 2. I have no idea I am sure I had one in mind when I wrote this, but that was almost a year ago, so I have no idea. More then likely though it would be a scary movie.
I have been in For Unto Y'All, Sounds of Music, Joyland, Stranded, Meet Me In Saint Louis,Seussical the Musical, and many more. :) Haha
I've got my first acting role...at 62! I'm Barrie in the playlet Secretarial Skills, one of four from Duets by Peter Quilter. Any acting/memorising tips out there?
sweet sweet! I liked the sound of Music and Seussical the Musical I don't know the other ones.. and that is exciting! acting tips- be observant to your surroundings.
memorising tips- I need those as well ha! I suck at memorizing things! I need to learn how for my health classes, but I guess it is different when its acting.. maybe just maybe if I put the medical stuff in a script Ill memorize it better...hmm...
other tips-practice in front of the mirror.
Great...! Before I retired I used to teach - and one memorising tip was to put up post-its all over the house...not sure for acting lines! Can you expand on 'be observant' and why the mirror?
hmm I have never heard of putting post its up that is a great idea! well I have when you need to get happy but not for memorization hmmm.. be observant-watch how people act when they are tired, happy, sad, cold, etc.. so that you know how you need to act when playing the parts.. or say your charectar is a (random sterotype)and you don't know how that "sterotype" acts so being obeservant can help you have you ever seen she's the man with Amanda Bianes in it? (spelt her last name wrong) well she was being observant when she was practicing being a man its a little different though because of the fact that she knows how they act.. im sure you do to but if your observant then you can play the part better I had a assignment this year that I had to sit in wal mart for litterally 2 hours straight just watching to see what people did/how they felt/and how I knew how they felt. it was interesting and kind of creepy I had to step out of my confront zone which thats what acting is right?
mirror-to make sure you have good facial expressions, because most of the time people think they are using good facial expressions but they arn't my sign language teacher has us tell a story with our faces only because more then half of laungage comes from body potions and facial expression and we have to practice our facial expressions in mirrors for the storys but ive been practicing infront of a mirror sense junior high.
Hi - great advice, thanks. I've a one-to-one acting coach now, and he's suggested looking in the mirror. He also says I breathe badly...to high in my body - so am working on that one. Are you in any productions upcoming?
interesting and no Im not I am busy with school work and compitions I wish I were but I dont see me doing any plays or musicals for a while next yr I am taking 4 college classes and anaomony I am not even going to be in a drama class more then likely (spelt that wrong) plus extra class-I know I sound like a nerd-

lol that would be fun but I dont have a car it sucks but soon I will and ya next yr is going to be crazy
Don't you have buses and bicycles over there? monocycles, penny farthings...hot air ballons? Candle-wax wings? Legs?
I might. I dont know though; I love acting, I really do, but I haven't acted (on stage) for ever. I was in play pro, but my health went to hell, and now I'm not in it anymore. I really wish I still am in there, but I can't change the past, but I can fix the future, so I might start back up in the Spring, but I don't know if my school is going to have a Spring play now, because of some drama.
