a girl in the revolutionary war whose family has been diagnosed w/ smallpox and she is ammune to it.

but she slowly becomes immortal, and spreads smallpox with her wherever she goes, sort of like Yellow Jack, even though he's not real

she's immune to it, but her body hasn't gotten ridden of the virus. It's still in her, but it can't get to her. Think of some water in a vial, and the vial is in a box. She's the box, and the water is the virus, and the vial is what keeps her from getting infected. Now, the vial cracks, and water leaks everywhere. The box is coated with lots of wax, and the water cannot hurt the box, but can damage other boxes, which are not coated with wax.

The thing is, immune means that you NEVER GOT IT, and you can't get it either. Unless I'm wrong...if you're immune, did you have it before you became immune, or were you always immune?

*Gasp* I just got an idea!! So the girl goes around and gives people this disease, and they start dying. And that's how the black plague is happening!! (it will be in that time period) Everyone thinks that it's the rats and vermin and such, but really it's the girl!!

Okay. So, she goes around killing people with her disease, and they all think it's the black death, and blaming rats and vermin...

Or she could die of some lame disease, like the flu. And she dies cuz all of the doctors are busy with the disease she is immune to and they can't treat her. I think I like that better than a crazy guy stabbing her. (when I posted that, I was a little bit more than half joking. about three quarters or five sixths.)

or cuz her immune system is so caught up with defending against small pox, that it weakens her otherwise and the flu esclates. cuz she should have died already from smallpox.
