Steven Farmer (sfarmer76) | 9 comments Anybody have an Asin number for acquiring the Everything's Eventual DVD?

I can find the trailer for the film online, but otherwise it appears this movie has disappeared down a rathole.

IMDB says it was released to theaters a couple years ago.

Perplexed as to why I can't order it on Amazon.com.

Any ideas?

This explains why... :(

Steven Farmer (sfarmer76) | 9 comments Well, that's depressing -- but thanks Becky!

Kandice | 4388 comments Wow! I never knew any of that.

Becky (beckyofthe19and9) You're welcome. :)

You'd think that the Stephen King name would carry enough clout so that production companies would be interested in whatever he wants. He's like a walking mint, but I guess not!

Adam Smith (chaos624) | 19 comments That's a shame, EE is one of my favourite short stories. Hopefully it does get release one day.

J.P. Scott (JPScott) | 2 comments Hey guys,

Stumbled on this and thought I'd say hello. I am the director of Everything's Eventual. So you want to see the movie eh? It is starting it's festival run so hopefully you can see it then. Feel free to shoot me an email if you have questions. Perhaps there are other ways for you to see the film :)

Mary (madamefifi) Ha, I just started this collection of short stories yesterday and am currently in the middle of "EE". How eventual is that? Had no idea thye'd made a movie of it.

Lori (barfield) Are you really the director J.P.? Can you tell us when it'll be available for us to watch?

J.P. Scott (JPScott) | 2 comments Yes, I am really the director. Check me out on IMDB if you don't believe me :)

As for you're availability question... That is a tough one. The film, hopefully, will get into a good many festivals and that will be the most likely way you can see it at this time. There is a slim chance that it will be distributed at this point. King would most likely have to approve a smaller distribution deal which he doesn't seem interested in at this time. But who knows! Maybe if the film does well at festivals it will pick up some momentum and recognition and that may encourage King to different distribution options.

Go to the website or facebook page to keep yourselves updated on the festivals that EE will be in and when screenings are.
