On the Team Galactic Group! Not sure now about this group...join Team Galactic, and use a Bagon! Plus when we steal BACK the starters, we will probably give them out.

You should evolve it to a umbreon for its darkness

I was thinking the newest evolutions. Or I may save it until they make new Pokemon, so I can get a Dragon-type if there is one. That would be totally awesome!
