I thought Dragon Rider was really good!
I also would recommend the Dragonology series by Ernest Drake because they have a lot of information.

Kate (Daughter of Zeus) wrote: "and Dragon Rider, although that one wasn't as good."Dragon Rider, I liked it the first time, but that's when I was 10/11. I tried to reread it, and couldn't even finish: things in that books are to easy. For a younger audience.
@ Kate (Daughter of Zeus): I like those books somewhat: the first one is the best one; the second and third aren't that good; the author kept on switching with the characters and days...and the epilogue on Inkdeath was just weird...Inkheart was the best one.
Oh! Percy Jackson has dragons in it also..I LOVE that series...My friend and I made Camp Half-Blood T-shirts when we saw the movie, and before we saw the movie we baked an entire banquet of blue food...It was sooooo fun! XD
It is a very good book that has loads of information on dragons, and there are five books to the series I think. They are totaly worth reading!
I know I read that book a while ago and i read it like twice... i haven't been able to get the other books so i have to wait for my paycheck though but they are really informational... by the way don't try to find the ingredients of the invisiblity potion cause you can't find them
