Ronyell (rabbitearsblog) | 95 comments Hello everyone! I just recently read a Chinese folktale called Lon Po Po and I loved it! If there are any other Chinese folklore that you loved, feel free to discuss them here!

Ronyell (rabbitearsblog) | 95 comments I also felt that the lead heroine was very capable of taking care of herself and her sisters from the wolf! I forgot to mention The Five Chinese Brothers! I just loved that story since all the five chinese brothers try to protect each other while displaying their own abilities to thwart the officials' plans to kill them. I also read the Rabbit Ears version of Rabbit Ears Treasury of World Tales: Volume 1: Aladdin, Anansi, East of the Sun/West of the Moon, The Five Chinese Brothers which was also fantastic!

Sir He-Man (rocketeer) | 1 comments I am reading Chinese Fairy Tales and Fantasies by Moss Roberts. Translated from a collection of tales nearly 400 years old! I highly recommend it, not just for the stories but for the introduction which explains the context in terms of Confucian and Taoist thought.
