Emberkit drew her claw in circles, slicing through her bedding. She was so lonely nowadays. Her mother had died and her father had left, and all the other kits in het den had become apprentices.

Silverheart went out to gather herbs.

windkit pranced around the nursery and ran into emberkit "hi!"

Emberkit looked up, "Hi."

Silverheart finished and headed back to camp.

Emberkit decided to explore the camp more. She poked her nose behind the warrior's den, and was surprised to find a tiny clearing. She smiled to herself and curled up in the soft grass, the sun warming her pelt.

cloudystar looked around camp

Silverheart sorted out her herbs.

cloudystar walked over to silverheart's den "may i come in?"

"Ye." she replied while finishing up sorting her herbs.

cloudystar smiled at her "would you happen to know of a reason why i could be having blurred vision?"

"Hmm.. let me check." she replied and went through her herbs.

"Yes I do. Would you like some?" she asked the leader.

"yes, please" she said respectfully

"Okay." Siverheart carefully rubbed some celandine on her clan's leader. "There, that should help them."

Mistpaw walked over and bowed her respectfully, Sparrowpaw following. "May I go hunting with Sparrowpaw?"

cloudystar turned to sparrowpaw "yes" she smiled and turned back to silverheart and nodded respectfully "thank you" and walked to her den laying down

Mistpaw nodded in thanks and she and Sparrowpaw left camp. ((gtg))

Emberkit crawled into the clearing again unseen. She straightened up and looked around. Just then, a butterfly fluttered past, just whiskers away from her nose. Instinct told her to chase it, but she sat where she was, watching it flap away as a free creature.

Windstar sat on the ground, thinking.

((Windstar???))

Mistpaw sniffed the air. Mouse! Mistpaw saw it nibbling on a seed. She crouched down and slowly stalked the small creature, making sure her belly fur wouldn't touch the ground. Meanwhile, Sparrowpaw was stalking a squirrel. He leaped forward and landed on the squirrel, killing it with a swift bite to the neck.

Emberkit padded fowards, officially bored.

cloudystar yawned and leaped up on the highrock but landed in a bush instead. first her eyes went blurry and now loss of cordnation? she got up but noticed a large gash in her leg and got up limping and finally making it onto the highrck "let all cats old enough to..." she looked at the gash and finished " old enough to hunt their own prey please join beneath the highrock ((soon her secret will be unleashed!))

who is gonna be emberkits apprentice. Can i be? i mean if you havent already picked somebody? Im dapplesong.

Emberkit was still deep in thought over it and sat down in the clearing.
