Me too! And I think part of the reason was he wouldn't leave Chicago when the council/coven said they didn't need a magical office, or whatever, in Chicago. But it has to be more than that.

I think he and Mallory would make great main characters for a spin-off series.

There is definitely more to his story. I wonder if there will be much of Catcher and Mallory in the next book since she is supposed to be away training right?

I know Mallory will definitely be there, because a couple of Chloe's teasers have included her...I just don't know how much beyond that.

Hmm, I would love to hear more from Mallory and Catcher's point of view. It would be neat if we could get some of that too!

i dont know if i completely missed it or what but it seemed like catcher and mallory got together really fast i'll probally be reading it again before twice bitten but i would love if we got catcher's POV on how the whole thing went down between him and her. i want to see how they developed into a couple.

I totally love Catcher! Really fell for him from the beginning even when he was acting like an a*s at some point.
He gets on my nerves when he starts to act like the all-knowing sorcerer but he has his reasons and I can't wait for more of his story.
Love his witty sense of humor, love that he's responsible and serious when he needs to be and, of course, he's smoking HOT!
I, too, hope we get more of his and Mallory's relationship in Twice Bitten. Can't wait!

I totally agree! I keep trying to picture an actor who could play him in a movie and I am coming up blank! At first I thought he might be a love interest for Merit and there might be a triangle with Ethan, but I like that he was paired with Mallory!

Very hot! That isn't far from what I pictured, but maybe his face a little less narrow? Lately, I fantasize that all the awesome gents in the books look like David Gandy so I am not sure if my opinion could be trusted!

I think that Mallory and Catcher would make a good spinoff - buuuuuutttttt, they are already together. I think that the concept would be a good one, but I only see them as background so long as they are together. Jeff, on the other hand, is ripe for his own branch. Right now, I imagine him as Riley from National Treasure (Nick Cage's assistant).

WRT to Catcher...I haven't yet found a picture that comes close to what I'm picturing in my mind....the closest so far being John Cena, but I think he's a bit old. And I think Catcher's story would make a great prequel to the series....and even though he and Mallory are already HEAs I would love to see more of their POV. Because even though they are together they have a lot of drama going on with him being part of the Ombud's office, kicked out of his Union and Mallory coming into her own. I'd definitely be a fan of that series. :)

I could see that guy from Chuck too! Catcher's backstory would be a good read, but I have a hard time with any other 'romantic' element who is not the HEA, and frankly, I want the romance element so it's a lose/lose situation. (Bones in Unbound just wasn't Bones w/out Cat.)

Meredith, our brains are in communion. I will hold David's image in my mind when I read that series (and now I am not sure I can wait until January to start it even if it is a cliffhanger of major proporitions!!)

As for Channing Tatum - I thought about him, and he is close, but not quite there for me either. I'll have to do some looking around.

Tatum's hot, but I think he might be too pale and pretty to be Catcher. I think she described him as darker and rougher around the edges. I would love to know more about his backstory and I'm sure we'll have plenty of drama with him and Mallory to come.

It's funny because I actually thought he and Mallory getting together so quickly was realistic. Unlike the usual romance heroine who meets and beds her hero within a few pages even if she's very reserved and straitlaced, I can imagine Mallory hitting it off with Catcher and deciding on him so quickly. She found something good and she latched on, LOL. It fits her.

I agree that they got together too quickly! I'm not sure Tatum quite has it either. We need to search around....

Ha Ha! Let's dye David's hair blond and he can play Rhage! ha ha. Just kidding. Although I swear a more beautiful man was never born! ha! I can't think of anyone as beautiful as Rhage either. I can picture him in my head but can't seem to find a model or actor that matches!

I started watching the Tudors a couple of days ago and finally have my Catcher! Henry Cavill! Love him and I ever since I saw him I can't shake the feeling that this is Catcher - at least how I see him in my head. *collapses at his total hotness*

OMG, Henry Cavill is beautiful!!!! He's the only reason I watched Tudors! LOL I mean it was very entertaining series, but he was the reason I tuned in every week. *sigh* Now that the series is over I feel the need to start from the beginning and watch it all over again. :)

Always liked that actor since I saw him in Count of Monte Cristo. We just need to tan him and rough him up a little, LOL.

I think he's a great Catcher. Especially if you look at his face shots from when he was in the GI Joe movie. They roughed him up for that movie:

They mostly just added a scar, LOL. ;P Here he is roughed up and with a shaved head and here, but maybe he's just too young. You know, he's still got a bit of that baby fat and soft skin.

Lol. I've had this picture as my iPhone wallpaper for a while now. Um...as much as I like to refer to him as 'Catch' or 'Catcher Bell' to whomever asks who he is...does anyone actually know his birth name?!
