Haiku discussion

Please let us know how long you've been writing Haiku or are you just starting?

Even though I've started this group, I am really new to this too. So, maybe we all can keep learning together.

I used to write some haiku, as well as some other writings...have lost practice though
Looking forward to sharing with this group.

G'day all, I to have not been writing long, but I do like to give my Haiku a bit of an Australian flavour.


Mist on mountains high
Bellbirds sing through valleys green
Breathtaking beauty.


Oceans rolling waves
Willy willy's desert dance
Timeless ancient land

That makes me wonder...do we have a place to share things we have already written?

Heather, Under the forum "Members Published", you can list books or poems you had published. Is this what you mean? Or, do you want a section where members can write Haiku poems they are asking about?

I meant a section for haikus that have not been published, but just to share with the group.
