I've been looking on-line today trying to see what I can find out about the spin off series. We know that it's going to follow different character's and that Sydney will be included. What do you guys think. Will you read it?

Nobody really knows the official title yet -and that, is a complete assumption.

I will probably read it because Rose is doing a couple of walk on cameos, and I seriously do not want the series to end.

It's probably a good thing though that she's stopping at six. I'm pretty sure if she tried to write anymore after Last Sacrifice that was from Rose's point of view, the storyline would just fall flat.

The spin off is going to be set in the VA world and will follow different characters. Sydney will be in it but it doesn't look like she will be the lead, but really I'm not sure.

Have either of you read the other Richelle mead series? They are adult, but are also very good.

I have a suspicion that if Lissa doesn't make queen, the next story might follow Lissa and how she becomes queen or whatever.

I have not, what are they called again? I hope your not talking about the Goeorgia Kincaid serires, because I'd have to sneak those or cover them up just because of the cover.

Succubus Series first book is Succubus Blues .

Dark Swan series first book is Storm Born .

The last book for the Succubus series (bk 6) comes out in March I think and there are only 2 books out for the Dark Swan series. Both are very adult, but the stories are great.

Yup, that's what I thought.
Adult books haven't really ever bothered me so maybe, just maybe..... I might read them.

She is only doing 6 Succubus books??? I love that seriess I gotta read the Dark Swan series yet.

I have no idea. It's just listed as succubuss #6 I think. Yeah it's gonna be the last one :( I love that series too.

there's a lot of sexual content in both the Succubus series and the dark swan series.

I don't think there would be any characters that would lead with the primary characters that take place in VA, I have a feeling that Jill might take the lead next, because she's young, and she'll be the next generation to carry on the story. Though, I'd only read it because we were guaranteed a Rose cameo LOL I can't seem to let this series go and I don't want it to stop but I agree it will fall flat if it went too far LOL everyones just eager for HEA LOL

I can see Jill being the main, because her character stood out, even though she was only mentioned in a few chapters and all...plus she could carry on the story line of moroi supposedly using magic as a defense/offence mechanism against Strigoi. Makes sense I guess LOL

I guess it'd be cool, even though I kind of glazed over the alchemy parts in Blood Promise. Well, no I kind of glazed over the entire book. Except for the end. That was fantastic.

LOL Sydney never really stood out to me to want to read the series for her, but I guess I'll read it just because LOL...Mead won't give us any more details about who else would be in it, because it would give LS away LOL

Mead is a great author, I think whoever she decided to write the book about we will end up loving as much as we love Rose. I think she has a great writing style and am pretty sure I would love the story no matter what she decideds to write about .

Um DUH!!! That's exactly why it would be perfect. It would be a struggle to even accept him as a friend, and would take time to develop a relationship. What romance's start with the couple being in love?

I didn't care for the night world series. Didn't make it past the first book.

andrea team adrian is awesome. i can't wait for last sacrifice i am almost finished with spirit bound n i think i might start the succubus series next. i'm waiting for the library to get it so i can pick it up =(

I love Adrian too :) and so can't wait for the last sacrifice. I feel like the wait is getting longer rather then shorter.

I don't think I care for LJ Smith much. I liked the Secret Circle and the first few vampire diaries but the last few got weird.

I love the tv show too
