i don't particularly care for musicals, but the tolerable ones are Seven Brides for Seven Brothers (i actually like that one), Mary Poppins (i like that one too), Sound of Music, Song of the South (i don't know that you would clasify that as a musical)
OMG! MUSICALS ARE AMAZING! they are like, the air i breathe. (no, that would be corny). i would have to say my favorite musical is The Music Man, simply because my dream role would be to play Marian the librarian. she's pretty much awesome. even though Shirley Jones...has issues...we won't go into that...anyways, i also love POTO, Singin' in the Rain, and Wicked (well, okay, i haven't seen it...but i love the music and hope to see it in january). actually, be honest, i don't think i've ever seen a musical i don't like. except for South Pacific, that was just dumb. i mean seriously, the dude goes over to the "forbidden island" (woohoo) called Bali Ha'i, that they write an entire incredibly dumb song about, and falls in "love" with the little Hawaiian girl, and they kiss about 5 minutes after meeting each other. HELLO! RETARDS! well, i also really doubt i would like Cabaret of The Producers; they are just flat-out messed up stories.

oh i didn;t remember that one either! while i'm at it, might as well list these: Anchors Aweigh, New York, New York. Both if them have the one guy from Singin in the Rain. i can;t remember his name.
i love the newsies!!! that is one awesome movie i like singin in the rain too and umm.....brigadoon,phantom of the opera was awesome i loved it!!! and umm my mind is like blank so umm i guess ill stop there!!!

hey Greer, have you seen Wicked? cause i'm like, a total fan of the music, and i'm wondering if the actual musical is worth seeing, cause it's coming to Louisville in January.
What is Wicked about? I think I've heard of it before but I'm not sure...

some of mine are Music Man, My Fair Lady, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, Grease, Pirates of Penzance, Sound of Music, Mary Poppins and, of course, Phantom of the Opera. that's all i can think of at the moment. =)
