I am OK with edward. I am not ok with who they cast as Bella though!! She just doesn't fit the role! I am also mad that they are adding extra seances when they aren't putting in some of the other seances that are in the book!!! SO STUPID!

Robert Patterson is NOT ugly... he just isnt fit to be Edward because he played in the Harry Potter series and two great series should not be combined in any way...

Ugh, I think he should get hit by a truck, rushed into surgery and given as much plastic surgery as possible so he can look like edward as mush as he can. And why the crap can't they just stick to the freaking book's scenes. I hate that director. They should have peter Jackson be the director. He was the guy who directed lord of the rings and he totally stuck to the plot.

Even though Robert is not exactly how I pictured Edward, I still think he will make it work. I think he is quite handsome! No two people who have read these books probably pictures Edward the same way, so there is no way they can cast someone who is going to be everyones "perfect Edward". I think we are going to have to separate the movie from the book and hopefully like it for itself. I have to do that with a lot of movies that are made from my favorite books. I LOVE the Harry Potter books, but so far, none of the movies have quite lived up to them, in my opinion. But, I can still enjoy the movies if I try to not compare them too much with the books!

Ashley, you are right! Robert IS NOT UGLY! but you can't judge him on his Harry Potter role, cos it was only very MINOR!!!!
