I am not either, I like my butter and my beef and bacon, but I prefer meat from local farms that treat their animals properly. You need some saturated fats, too. Butter and tallow (if you don't shun all animal products; tallow is also called lard) and coconut oil are good for that.

I am not a vegetarian but I'm a very picky eater and don't eat a lot of meat. I also have friends that are vegetarians.

I also drink milk that come from ngood companies.
Lamb and Sheep are the same thing. I think when they're sheep it's called mutton or veal and lamb is a baby sheep.

It's made from the collagen of animals bones. It's also in marshmallows, some gummy candies, and some low-fat yogurts, capsules on medications as well.
i was vegetarian for a good number of years while in high school. as of today, twenty years later, i don't eat red meat, pork, or seafood. i eat chicken and turkey and meat alternatives (boca burgers and similar products). i do eat milk products.i've never taken the time to learn how to make delicious vegetarian dishes, otherwise i'd probably do it full time.
vegetarian since ...hmm...2003, that's 7 yearsi eat cheese and eggs (if they aren't fertilized)
i stopped drinking milk and eating yogurt some years ago and i would like to leave the cheese and eggs, but i have a tendency to develop anemia :(
people around me usually don't understand why i choose to be a vegetarian and in most of the cases just want to say i'm doing a bad thing to myself..it annoys me, so i try not to talk about it...it ends with really bad discussions...
nevertheless i love being vegetarian... :)

yap, it's really, really annoying...some people bring the evolution into the discussion. I don't know if that happens to you..They say that humans are on top of the food chain so it's natural to eat inferior animals..
I really don't see how we are superior..if a lion eats a man, he's a killer and he should die..we produce animals for meat and it's natural?
just taking that off..because this argument it's like the top of "hated arguments" that people can have with me..
Usually i try really, really hard to avoid this subject..
