I went to the ubs when I had a break from work today:

I went to BAM tonight and bought:

I had to start the month of right so I went to a ubs and received a B&N.com order! Yay me!

I've had a bit of a long week, so I figured I'd treat myself to a visit to Half Price Books and ended up with:

I also placed an order with Borders for:

like I needed anymore books, but I just grabbed the following from Amazon:



plus I picked up a couple more at the borders sale including some new cookbooks (they were $20 plus marked down to 7.99)

I picked up a few at BAM while I was out running some holiday errands:

Looks like I'm falling behind. Here it is July 5th and I haven't bought a book yet. I did pre-order and from Borders.com last month but they haven't arrived yet.

Yes, I really liked it. It had a Sookie Stackhouse feel to it but different.

I received a half.com order today...

I received a half.com order and a B&N.com order, then went and used a coupon at B&N and found out one of ubs's in my area is closing so they had books on sale for a buck so I raked in...

i've heard good things about the Ice series, but never read them...i might see if i can get them in audiobook through audible...plus they have nora roberts new one (the search) for 9.99 right now...

Melanie! WOW! That's why I pretty much shop anywhere but auctions like Ebay, much TOO easy to really go wild. lol

And guys, don't you know that nobody is that lucky to only be 12 steps away from a bookstore, it's usually at least a block away. :-)

Ok, this addict is going cold turkey for the rest of the month and I'll tell you why. This morning I went to Half Price to use a coupon and came home with:

And to top that all off, I have two more books that should be arriving soon which means I'm going to end up with at least 33 for the month. Yikes!

Anybody else think some of us need to be entered into an insane asylum? :-)

I got an A on my final paper in my music appreciation class so of course I had to celebrate by going to the ubs!! This is what I came back with....

over the last 3 months I have bought 40 books at least. I have read 10 and still want to buy more.

I understand!! I've cut way back on purchases since I have a kid in college - OUCH!!

I went to yet another ubs in my area today and bought...

I bought the first 2 from the ubs I work/volunteer at for $1.25 each and the last one I bought as a hardcover brand new for $0.25 from the library.

I went to B&N tonight. I got The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, Feed by Mira Grant and The Loving Dead by Amelia Beamer. (I like zombie books.)

I went to the local library book sale, then to a ubs, and received a half.com order...

I bought while I was at Sam's Club today.
