what is the BEST read you have had this summer? Doesnt have to be current, doesnt have to be summerish, need some good reads, my shelf only has 4 books on it, and my TBR list is overwhelming (take a peek at it) and see what I SHOULD read now

i really liked The Queen of Palmyra: A Novel. it's a heavy novel, but quite interesting.

also, i liked Cutting for Stone.

the other book i gave four stars to recently is Plain Truth. picoult always has quick and interesting reads.

Pillars of the Earth by Ken Follett

Have you read any Sookie Stackhouse/Trueblood books? Dead Until Dark is the first one. Also, I loved Marley and Me.

The Miracle Life of Edgar Mint

Such a quick, easy, engaging read.

So far this summer I've loved The Lost Recipe for Happiness

wild bells to the wild sky , ashes in the wind The Kadin and Betrayed theses are some of my fav summer reads B Smalls pleasure series 3 different erotic books very good.

My Name is Memory by Ann Brashares

The Red Pyramid by Rick Riordan was awesome!. Also the Septimus Heap series by Angie Sage is good.

I liked The Poisonwood Bible by Barbara Kingslover.
