An interesting deliniation between a key (senior) staffer in the Bush (the elder) Administration who also served in the early years of the Bush (junior) Administration. I found it to be a fascinating (and at times frightening) examination what had happened with Iraq policy in the intervening eight years and how 9/11 served to drive in odd ways GWB's decision to invade Iraq. Good one to have on the shelf as a valuable resource. Anyone else read it?
