No, no! They never directly said she was dead. If she was dead, they wouldn't be grieving for her since she'd be in StarClan with them. She'd been lost from the prophecy since she'd turned her back on it, and that's why they say she'd been lost. They said they were wrong about her being part of the Three, and so when she ran away, they called her 'lost'. Don't ask me why; I'm not a StarClan cat yet.

*hissss* I was probably half-asleep when I read the prologue...

I was trying to read between the lines and delve deeper into the text so I could prove my point. ^^

Yes, I am quite curious to see if Hollyleaf has any destiny or future at all. Or maybe she did die...and joined the Dark Forest.

No, she wouldn't have gone to the Dark Forest for stuff like that. Even if she did kill Ashfur.

And I think I'd die if I didn't have a laptop or internet access...I nearly did in the dark days when my laptop spazzed out, my parents were afraid to let me use their's since they thought I'd destroy them also, and when my iPod just went and died when vinegar spilled on it. *Cough* Thanks, Mom. *Cough*

She did die. The tunnel collapsed on her. I hate her kinda. She killed ASHY!!! Ashy meaning ashfur.

I agree. I mean, Hollyleaf did have her faults and Ashfur did have his strong points, but overall Hollyleaf was very devoted and was loyal to the warrior code, and practically had a heart attack when she'd realized what she'd done to Ashfur and what Leafpool and Crowfeather did to her and her brothers. Ashfur was just jealous because Brambleclaw won Squirrelflight over. So, his anger bubbled over and he threatened the lives of her so called "kits". End of story. But, I heard of an exclusive interview with Erin Hunter, and a fan asked "Did Hollyleaf really die?" Her response was: "Did you see a body?"

Yah, but she was trapped in a rock slide. There was no way she could have gotten out.

I got halfway through the newest book (Then my kindle froze on me >_< ) She may still b alive, Lionblaze and Jayfeather crawled in the cavern and found a tuft of her fur. I think she is alive.

Yeah they saw a tuft of her fur on the rocks on the outside of the slide so she may be wandering in the caves or helped and lead out by Fallen leaves :]

I like to believe that she is still alive, but whether or not I think she's living in the caves is where I'm unsure.

I actually don't like Hollyleaf. >_> Wish she did die, but I don't think Erin Hunter would have done that.
