Walking out into the battle arena with his sword slung over his shoulder, Caspar glanced around for an appropriate dummy. He sighed. He ran gracefully towards the nearest dummy, swinging his sword in an arc of gold around his head before slicing the dummy neatly into eighths.
Quickly, he proceeded to demolish the rest of the standing, straw-filled dummies, feeling slightly sorry for their inability to fight.

Deitra silently slipped into the arena. She watched him from where she was at the entrance, mildly intrigued.
With his sword ringing, Caspar chopped the head and arms of the other dummy in a single stroke that Chiron had taught him. Wiping the sweat from his brow, he glanced at the entrance throug his shaggy hair at the girl, feeling kind of embarassed.
"Hey," he called out, turning away to sheath his sword, where it became a purple leather wallet. He turned back, tugging at his orange shirt.

"Um... wait, where are you going?" Caspar ran slowly to catch up with her, a grin on his face. "You're that Demeter chick, aren't you?"
Annabelle walked in slowly, her brown hair in front of her face. She grabbed a sword, and gave a few experimental swings.
Caspar's grin refused to be etched off his face. "Sorry," he said. "I don't know it. In my defense, you probably don't know my name either."
Oh, who was he kidding? Everyone in camp knew his name, to Caspar's continuing oblivion.
"So... what is your name?" he asked, his charming grin fading into a sultry smile.

((k. i'll pretend your character left.))
Caspar sighed, waving a hand in a mock salute as the mysterious Demeter girl left. He turned to hack what was left of the dummies into even smaller pieces, but a daughter of Zeus was trying out her sword.
Put down at the girl's sudden departure, Caspar pulled out a huge box of dummies from the supply closet and started setting them up again.

Annabelle put down that sword, and grabbed a different one. This one was right. This one felt balanced and perfect in her hand. She went up to a dummy, and slashed and hacked. Of course, she couldnt destroy the dummy, her sword was celestial bronze, but if it could, the dummy would be gone.
Jacob walked in pulled his sword out of his pocket.
Glancing up at the two new arrivals, Caspar shouldered his sword and walked out, his dark hair blowing across his face. It was getting too crowded for his liking.
Jacob watched the little girl completly "Kill" the dummy's

When Jacob saw her his mouth slightly dropped.

Naomi walked into the arena and saw people practicing. She didn't even know why she came, she had no weapon and didn't like battles or wars.
"Mind reading?" He asked. "Maybe it was the hawk?" He said gesturing to Sparks his hawk on his shoulder.
Jack raised an eyebrow. "I don't have any powers, well unless you count being able to fly like anything." He said. Sparks chirpped eagerly.
Sparks was confused by her finger. Jack made a face. "Um Sparks doesn't trust a lot of people." He said.
"i know that.." Jake raised an eyebrow, "But Sparks might hav a history. I rescued him when he was hhurt really badly, no other animal could've done it to him." He said but gingerly placed a piece of cloth on her fineger the placed Sparks. "He has talons, he won't use them but they're just there." he explained.
Sparks warmed up to the girl. "You might be the first person he likes." Jack said. "My mom has known him for 2 years, and he still- well didn't like her." Jack said with a frown.
"And you're extremely modest." Jack joked. "Wait, you can read minds and make stuff out of thin air. Who's your god parent again?" He asked out of disbelief.
Jack raised an eyebrow. He whistled and Sparks flew to him. "So what exactly do we do here?" He asked.
Jack got the signal, but didn't show any response. Sparks hovered above him. He grabbed a sword and admired it's sheen. "Wanna fence?" He asked, grabbing a sheild.
Naomi left, heading to the workshop.
Jacob walked in with a few throwing daggers.
