Name: Charlotte GaitherAge: 17
Gender: Female
Personality: Charlotte is free spirited, but not outright rebellious. She's kind of passive-aggressive to show she doesn't like something....which considering the time period probably wasn't uncommon. She is bookish and a bit of a loner, never having close friends. She likes to explore, which can get her in trouble. She like ancient history, mythology, and art.
Being from America she's not as strict or familiar with "proper" ways, as many Englishmen/women like to point out. She longs to return to NYC and move on with the times. She has seen the "Flapper" girls with short skirts and hair in NYC and knows that the older people are desperately clinging to old "proper" ways because they're dying out. Charlotte is quite happy with this fact.
Looks: Caucasian, pale like most girls her age. Very tall (5'10") and curvy, has a bit of trouble with corsets being so tall. Pretty with long black hair and hazel-gold-ish eyes, freckles across nose and checks.
Other: Parents came to England to get away from the Depression in NYC. They are quiet wealthy and own a prominent jewelry business, with several branches. At the same time Charlotte's grandmother managed to convince both her parents and Ms. Nightwing into admitting her to Spence, as Charlotte is a "legacy". (Meaning both her mother and grandmother themselves went to Spence.)
Charlotte isn't happy about this, but knows it's just until she's 18 and is a legal adult. Then her father will allow her a wealthy inheritance and let her return to NYC. (She's a bit of a daddy's girl, so she's got him around her finger.) She wants to maybe teach ancient history someday, difficult for a woman, but not impossible.
Other: Has power locked inside, though doesn't know of the order/never had any family in the order.

Personality: Eden's life has always been full of adventure--so naturally, she's always up to try something new, very outgoing, bold, and sometimes one might say obnoxious. She's very sweet, friendly, and maybe a little too trusting for her own good. But Eden enjoys her alone time, her silence, curled up somewhere in which no one can find her with her sketch pad or a book where she can ponder her mind for awhile without being disturbed for hours--and that's just fine by her.
Looks: Eden inherited some of her father's ethnicity looks--long and wavy dark brown hair, light olive skin, deep chocolate brown eyes (Hispanic of some sort.) Eden has her mother's straight nose and high cheek bones, and round face. She's short for 17, hanging around 5'7".
Other: Eden's life has always been a big adventure.
Her father is President of one of the largest banking companies in England, her Mother an United States journalist for several different newspapers. Delia (Eden's mother.) had been travelling to England in search of something, anything to write about, as things in the states were taking a downfall. It was there Delia met Elijah, (Eden's father.) and they fell in love instantly. They made a daughter, and had a great life with each other until Elijah began spending more time at work then at home. Delia, a free-spirit, couldn't handle being the woman of the house cleaning and sitting around doing nothing--all the while missing her husband. They fought constantly, Elijah often coming home drunk, and finally they split. No, Delia and Elijah couldn't be together as a couple, as things seemed to strain between the two as they got older, but they were still friendly with one another. Eden traveled the world with her mother as she wrote articles for almost everything there was, (a great job thanks to Elijah.) and Eden got to spend 2 months during the Winter seasons with her Father every year. The year Eden turned 17 though, Eden was alerted that her Mother had come upon a rare disease, a problem of distress caught from Africa, and Delia could no longer do more traveling or journalism. Elijah and Delia both agreed that it was time Eden needed to soon straighten up as a lady, and apparently Spence Academy was their "only option."--as Delia put it. As much as Eden protested, she was still shipped off to the Academy, her heart saddened and angry with her parents for she felt they didn't give suitable enough answers for her.

Age: (No older than 17 please.) seventeen
Gender: Female
Personality: She's very shy and unconfident, and only really speaks when spoken to, probably due to her strict upbringing. Hence she doesn't have very many friends. She likes to imagine that given the chance, she'd be brave and adventurous, but, well, the chance to be somebody or something else hasn't come yet.
She's clever and top of the class in several subjects, though she loathes all the attention and sometimes deliberately gives wrong answers. Although her mother has forced her to learn the piano, the violin and the cello, she's an awful musician and can't stay in tune to save her life.
Looks: Shoulder-length, slightly curly blonde hair, and clear blue eyes. She's around 5'8", so sort of tall for her age, and long-legged (a very fast runner). She's pretty in an unremarkable sort of way.
Other: Amelia was born and raised in rural England, like the rest of her family, and has never left the country, although she longs to travel.
She has been going to Spence since she was eleven, sent by her mother after her father died of consumption (Tuberculosis). He had been a relatively wealthy landlord before his death, and left behind among other things enough money for Amelia to go to Spence until she came of age, like her three older sisters had before her.

hello *waves* and you're welcome. I sort of made her up on the spot so she seems a little vague and not-very-detailed, but oh well. I guess once I start roleplaying a little more as her then I'll get a clearer picture.

Personality: she's very sweet and nice to everyone but is headstrong and doesn't like to be told what to do. She pretty much goes her own way so she has a group of close knit friends. And she loves to be different and spontaneous.
Looks: Aiylora has long wavy golden brown hair with rich blue eyes. She's about 5'5 and curvy with fair porcelain skin.
Other: Before she came to England she lived with her parents in Italy. Her parents were killed in a house fire and she was sent to live with her aunt in Ireland. Her aunt Margaret or aunt maggie was extremely old fashioned about peoples class and station. After one small act of rebelliousness with a local fisherman's son her aunt was so sickened by her niece's actions Aiylora was sent to Spencer.
