Adalyn walked down the hallway, head down, book clutched close.

Lizzy bumped into Adalyn, falling to the floor.

'Oh! I'm really sorry!" She apologized, holding her hand out to her.

"No, It's ok, It's my fault for not looking." Lizzy took her hand and pulled herself up.

"I wasn't exactly looking either." Adalyn smiled shyly.

"Well then, it's both of our faults." Lizzy smiled a bit.

"I'm Adalyn." She introduced.

"Lizzy." she smiled.

'Pretty name." She smiled also.

"Th-thanks." Lizzy blushed.

"What class do you have next?"

"Uh, History." Lizzy said, thinking.

"Me too." For the first time in over 8 years, Adalyn felt something other than fear and doubt.

"Cool." Lizzy said, smiling, walking towards Mr. Low's class.

Adalyn walked beside her, smiling as well.

Lizzy sat down and was preparing for a nap.

Adalyn sat beside her. History was not her strong subject, so she was ready to just turn her brain off for the period.

Lizzy put her hands together, put her head on them and fell asleep.

Adalyn drew in her sketchbook as the teacher droned on.

Lizzy then woke up as a note was passed to her. It said,
You wanna meet up after school?

Lizzy scribbled back,
EWWW!! No way now leave me and my nap alone and sent it back to him, without the teacher noticing.

Adalyn watched with interest.

Lizzy then fell back asleep, after gagging slightly.

Finally the bell rang and Adalyn walked tiredly out. History always drained her.

Lizzy yawned and walked to science, getting ready to learn more boring stuff.

Adalyn walked to math.

Lizzy fell asleep again and ended up getting poked by a pencil by Andrew.

Adalyn worked on the classwork, though was quite disinterested by the work.

Andrew laughed a bit and then Lizzy poked him back with a pencil.

Adalyn yawned, resting her head on her desk

They kept on poking each other until the teacher yelled at them to stop.

Finally the bell rang once more.

Lizzy and Andrew sat up immediately and ran out the doors of the school.

Adalyn trudged out, not looking foreward to going home. Her father chose not to work today so a house of horrors awaited her.

Lizzy ran to her apartment before he could get to his. ((they're neighbors...))
Lizzy then called him, "Ha! I beat you again, you owe me ten bucks."
"Why?" Andrew's voice came out of the bottom end of the phone.
"Cuz, you do."
"Fine, I'll give it to you tomorrow."
"K."
"Ok."
Lizzy hung up the phone and gave a satisfied sigh.

Eventually Adalyn creeped into the house and found her father waiting for her in the kitchen.

((IKR?!))
Lizzy then flicked on her TV and browsed through channels.

((I gotta go...night night))

Her fathe r approached her, an evil look in his eyes. He pulled her into a small hall closet and violated her. Eventually she fled from the house, pain ripping through her small body.

Lizzy then turned it off and went for a walk, finding Adalyn, looking broken. She ran to her,
"You ok?"

Adalyn jumped, startled. "Yeah." She smiled.

"You sure? You don't look so ok."

"I'm just fine, really."

Lizzy poked her arm lightly.

She laughed, pulling her arm away.

Lizzy smiled.

She smiled as well. "So what were you up to?"

"Just strolling around, really." Lizzy laughed a bit.

"Nice. It's great weather for that." She laughed lightly.

Lizzy smiled in reply.

She stared up at the sky, smiling.
