The arena is a huge sea, with one island at the very end of the shield. There is a lush forest full of intimidating creatures and easy hunting animals on the island. The Golden Cornucorpia is covered by a metal shield and is in the very middle of the large body of water. It can be broken with something below the water, floating. The ocean is bottomless, so many people will drown in the beggining.

Jason hopped of his metal plate, and dove into the water. He got the remote, pressed it, and took a pack full of meat and food and a sword and a set of bow and arrows. He ran to the shore, looking for 2 people to become allies with.
((Darn now I have to repost it, lol!))Before her plate touched the water, Willow dove into the cold water. At least you know how to swim, she thought to herself bitterly, even if you don't have any other plans. She swam towards what looked like the Cornucopia, but it was covered so she couldn't get in from the top. She dove down into the water and swam to the entrance under the Cornucopia. She came up gasping for breath and looked around frantically. She grabbed a bow, a quiver of arrows, and a small pack, and quickly dove back into the water. The last thing she wanted was to be stuck in the Cornucopia with another tribute. She started towards the shore.
Jason saw a girl coming towards him. He unsheathed an arrow and pointed it at her. "Who are you?"
Willow groaned. The first day, and she was going to get killed by a middle schooler. "Willow," she responded. "District 3."
He put his bow and arrows down and helped her out of the water. "You seem like a strong tribute. Too bad I'm stronger." He looked at her hard. "You want to be allies."
As soon as the gong sounded, Mauri jumped into the cold seawater and started swimming frantically towards the Cornucopia. She looked at what was there, trying to quickly decipher what might be of use to her. Great. The bow and arrows were already taken by the other two tributes who have already reached and fled the Cornucopia before she even got there. Quickly she grabbed a dark green backpack and a sword, and left the Cornucopia, swimming up to the edge of the forest area.
He saw her doubt. "Fine don't believe me. But, when it comes down to you and I in the arena, I am gonna tell you I told you so." He grinned after he said those two lines. "Allies still?"
"I think the first thing we should do, is take care of that girl over there." He motioned to Mauri.
"Either make her our ally or kill her."
"What's the fun in that?" He saw the look on her face and sighed. "Fine."
"Jason from district 11. And, no I'm not messed up, the games, just make me mad. They are cruel, and since im the only 12 year old in the games, I probably wont see my family again.
((ik but he can read faces))
He sat down against the tree. "There is not alot of tributes in this game"

"This Hunger Game is weird. It's like they r putting in people at random times."
"I know!! Like, what are they doing. Two 3rd district people and 1 11th one???"
((Okay I'm back now, officially ^^))
Mauri started to decide what was top priority at the moment. Today she will avoid coming in contact with other tributes. She didn't want to kill anyone today at least. Most of them will probably drown, if they can't swim. But one thing, she was sure that the two quick tributes can swim, and that eventually she'll have to come in contact with them eventually. Positively or negatively.
She started to unzip her pack once she was pretty far into the forest. She noticed that some of the plants were unfamiliar, but some she knew, because of the plants she saw at home. In her pack, there was a container of fresh water... a container of bread... and alas! A bow with a quiver of arrows. At least she knows she won't die of hunger or thirst.

((YAY!!!!))
"Yea we should. You don't know what is in the water." As if programmed to go off when someone said that, a huge shark jumped out of the water and onto land. "Meat!!" He exclaimed. "Should we kill it?"

He didn't fall back. "If I could, should I?"
((Nothins happening... lol. I'm gonna wait until more people start coming. I gtg now anyways. Bye guys!))
((ok bye))
To show her his strength, Jason stabbed the thing in the head and after a while, it died.

((Seeya! And Justyn, that's kind of impossible, but oh well. -.-))Willow sighed. "And now, how are we supposed to cook it?"
((lol i dont know much about killing sharks but lol))
Now, I have no idea.

They pushed a button, and a fire appeared around the whole forest and the ocean drained, leaving a huge hole. They laughed and sat back, laughing.

Willow jumped back, now safely in the forest. She couldn't see Jason, who was still on the beach, through the flames.
"Willow? Are you there?" For the first time in the games, Jason was truly scared.
Willow hesitated. She could run off into the forest, right now. She had always been more of a loner, and she didn't like the idea of having to trust someone. But still, she stayed. "I'm... I'm right here. On the other side of the fire."

"Nobody likes when allies are split, let the kid in!" A button was pushed, and Jason was pushed through the fire and next to Willow. Jason wasn't on fire or anything.

Jason looked at Willow and smiled nervously. She obviously didn't want him as an ally.
He followed her, sure that he wanted to be her ally. "How old are you?"
"Do you know the other girl from District 3?"
