I read the first and couldn't find the rest where I live...
But what I read was good.

what is it about?

From Del Rey:
A strange virus is making its way around the globe, causing its victims to commit suicide. In less than a week, it's become a lethal pandemic. Now a group of Tokyo teens who have survived the outbreak are wondering why they are still alive.

I had to take out the '!' since there is a manga called Alive! but it's competely different.

this sounds like the video game Lux pain to me, its not exactly but pretty similar.

awww i almost bought it but i had just read a bad review and didnt, i wish i had though :(

That happens...but mine is ignore(or don't notice) the bad review and buy a game, just regret buying it later.

Yeah, I've never bought a game with the ratings E or M...and I'm old enough to buy M rated games but when I see them I change my mind and go for something else, like when I almost bought Resident Evil 4 but decided to buy Darker Than BLACK instead...but Darker than BLACK is better in my opinion.

Resident Evil is a Video Game.
Darker than BLACK is a manga/anime. I bought the Omnibus to the manga.

Well it is a manga/anime. The manga is strange as in the first series in the Darker than BLACK manga is a shoujo and the sequal is a seinen...*sigh*
