This is a way to keep track of what districts are already used, and who has been killed. Also, it will keep track of who has which character. A strike means that that character is dead. Hopefully this will keep things from getting to hectic. I will fill this out as characters are approved. Any mod can approve a character. This is a first come first serve basis.
