Short stories are around three to five pages in Word. (The requirement you have in school) Novels are loads of chapters.

Ah. So... 22 chapters is a novel, right? On 5 x 7 paper with 8 pages of that. (We don't have Word, plus we have it notebooks, not computers.)

You really like the third one? I liked the second one, mainly because that's the second time I've used photoshop to make a project.

Yep. So far I have 5 chapters typed. 4 if you don't count the prologue. So out of 22, I have 18 without prologue, 17 with it.

The thing is, I'm not. It's a different story than The Light is Failing. And I'm not dropping it. Though the other one I might... But that's not the point. The Diamond Wars(That's the name and that's all I'm letting out) will hopefully get published.

Well, that's a smart move. Wait until your done before you upload, so you don't have people waiting.

Yeah. But to be truthful I have no idea where The Light is Failing will go. Honestly... I'm making it up as I go along. That's why the Prologue was typed in 09 and The Mysterious Visitor in 10.

lol I know the feeling. The thing is, with sonfics, you tend to listen to the song a lot. You start formulating ideas for each verse, which is why I like them. It forces me to think of what's going to happen next so I can actually end a story.

Ah. Well unlike you, I don't have anything to go by except, and you'll excuse my geeky moment, right?, The Dictates of Peotics by Tihain a Vulcan author. And I don't even know where to find the book!
