The Serendipity Challenge discussion

Is summer throwing your reading for a loop? I am definitely not reading the things I had planned on. I kept that in mind as I planned the August challenge.

Challenge 1: For 10 points...Add a book to our new "What I'm Reading Now" folder. Let us know how you are enjoying it.

Challenge 2: For 10 points...Many hotly anticipated books just came out or are coming out in August. Read one! Here's a partial list.

Challenge 3: For 10 points...Listen to an audio book.

As usual, you can earn 5 points for every book that doesn't fit into one of these categories, although challenge 1 is so broad that I can't imagine you'll need this rule.

You can redo each of these challenges as many times as you want. Let us know how many points you think you'll earn in August and then check back in to tell us how many points you actually earned, which books you read and how you liked them.

I earned 35 points this month. I read ,Mockingjay, The Hunger Games, Catching Fire, and Crossfire. School is back on now so I know that I won't be doing a lot of extra reading outside of what the teachers assign. Maybe you can make that part of September's challenge? Just kidding!

I just realized I forgot to add in my first 10 points for putting "No Plot, No Problem" in the What I'm Reading Now thread. So that puts me in at 40 points for August. Not bad, Not bad...
