Hi, I'm new to this group, (and to the whole website!) so, I was just introducing myself. My name's Ashley and I LOVE dolphins with all of my heart!

I LOVE DOLPHINS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I AM SO CRAZY ABOUT THEM I LOVE TO LEARN ABOUT THEM IN BOOKS AND I LOVE BEING WITH THEM!
They're a lot of fun to be around. So are sea lions (except during mating season).One thing we mention a couple of times in Mayan Calendar Girls is how great it is to use monofins instead of normal swim fins when hanging round dolphins.

I have met many dolphins and whales face to face in their own world. When I was young I sailed in the Pacific. Our boat used only sail and so the dolphins thought we were quite like them, with a wing in the wind and a fin in the sea. They seemed to be interested in us. I have written about them in my life. Pamela you are correct, dolphins are the most beautiful animals in the world and show deep compassion for one another. They have so much to teach us. I have spent many years imagining myself into their heads and hearts. It is a huge privilege to have done this and I have learnt so much just from imagining.Of course, I've also done huge amounts of research and that just proved my imaginings to be true.
