I thought the first book in this series was excellent. Totally blew my mind. Darklight I wasn't AS fond of, but it still had its awesomeness. And the third book (and final? Is this a trilogy?) is Tempestuous.

Mackenzie RM (mackenzierm) I've heard of this series, but my friend read the first book and told me it wasn't that good.. so I haven't read it yet.

What can I compare this to? ...I guess it's a little like Wicked Lovely, if you've read that. Kelley's just moved to New York to become an actress when she runs across Sonny, who realizes she's more than she seems. It's humorous and the lore pretty much comes straight from A Midsummer Night's Dream by Shakespeare.

Mackenzie RM (mackenzierm) Hmm, sounds interesting. I think I'll give it a try at some point. :)

Pamela (waterspout) I ask the most trivial questions in the world and in the end they don't matter but I'm going to ask anyway. Does Darklight have the same texture of Wondrous Strange? I'm asking about the paperback edition, not the hardbound one. It just bugs me and prevents me from buying Darklight just because of this one stupid question so please help me. :D

I don't really liked reading Wondrous Strange because the pace was too slow except for the ending, which was probably the climax. The story is great, though.
