I have never done lyrical and I want to so my mom's thinking about it. They turn around and around and around. foutte, pirrouettes, ect.

It would be sooooo much fun to do Lyrical!!!

OMB!!!(oh my bob) I just found out that if we make the Competition team I can compete in a lyrical dance if I wanted to!!!

i do lyrical ^_^ and its fun and i am on a competition team! i also do ballet tap jazz lyrical modern pointe and some hip-hop occasionally at workshops and such

i never done hip hop, but i could do it. it's pretty easy

I do Lyrical. I used to love it. Then my teacher ruined it for me. Basically every time I do something good, she just turns her head and says nothing. My friends all say how good I am though.

um...hip-hop isnt easy....

That's what my brother says. I would have to agree. I have watched it and it must be hard to make it look cool. I've seen some beginners try. *shudders at thought*

I LOVE hip hop!!!!!!!! It is hard but once you figure out how to do the tough stuff and do it on the right counts it is sooo much easier!!

it's like a ballet but kinda jazzish. you do a lot of turns kinda.

does anyone know of Garth Fagan Dance?
that's where i do all my dancing, it is centered in rochester, and if anyone else has heard of it i would love to have discussions on dancing there, or the style of dance in general.
if u don't know it's it's own style, a mix of modern, jazz, ballet, and african dance.
i love dancing there and would love to discuss it.

I LOVE Lyrical. In fact i'm in the advanced lyrical group!!! I'm so happy!!! I love dancing lyrical. It's like a mix between jazz and ballet. It's so fun to act out and be all sad! Yeah for lyrical!!
