Powers: Able to activate his inner darkness in small amounts, giving him telekinises, enhanced strength, speed, agility, and endurance, and is able to change reality at very limited amounts. Only time when this power comes to full is when he is at an emotional turmoil. Also is able to shape shift and turn invisible.

Name: AmethystAge: 13, about to turn 14
Gender: Female
Looks: Ivory colored skin with blushed cheeks, strom gray eyes and dark chocolate brown hair with side swept bangs covering half of her right eye. Her hair is just below her shoulders. Her lips are a light pink and her eyelashes are a thick black. Her teeth are a pearly white with a smile that doesn't always shows.
Personality: Shy, withdrawn, will open up to close friends.
Powers: Psychic abilities to see the future, can move mostly anything with her mind. Her eyes will glow a florescent purple when angry and when she's calculating the future, or when shes moving objects with her powers. The object will also glow white. :D
Pets: A white fluffy dwarf hamster

Age: 19
Gender: Male
Looks: Skeiyne is tall with long dark brown/blond hair. His eyes are a startlingly brilliant ocean blue. He generally wears black and is considered Goth. (If you call him emo be prepared for a slap, girl or not.) He stands about 6'2".
Personality: Quiet and somewhat disengaged from the world, he could care less what happened most of the time. His activity level can be best definied as 'zero' or 'extremely low.' Lazy and not a hard worker by heart, he will hide or go off on his own somewhere if he thinks there might be actual work that needed doing.
Powers: Omnipresence is the power he uses chiefly; aside from that, lightning is his specialty. In emergencies he can turn himself into a rather intimidating black phoenix, but he rarely has chances to do this (there haven't been a lot of emergencies).
Pets: Skeiyne keeps no pets, although he can understand birds, and chiefly uses birds as messengers when necessary. Martens are a favorite of his also, except they bite him. He keeps them around anyway.

Weapon of Choice: A halberd about nine feet long. The blade at the end is massive and sharp. He uses this halberd as a means of physical attack, but because it's made of metal, it's also an excellent conductor/channeller for his lightning.

Looks: Araelya has waist-length straight black hair with streaks of purple and red, and intense purple eyes. Fair skin, with dark features to set off the contrast. Tall(about 5'9"), and a slender curviness.
Personality: My characters write themselves but oh well.......Araelya is fierce, stubborn, proud, loyal, gentle at times, somewhat teasing, quiet, sarcastic, keeps to herself often, not very good at opening to others, and is usually in a dark mood
Powers: She's sort of like a witch. Charms and spells are her speciality. She also is very talented with the element of light, meaning she can produce light whenever, and control it. Araelya is also nimble on her feet
Pets: Her little companion is a black cat named Keeara, whom she charmed to be able to switch into a panther whenever

Looks: Standing at about 5'2", Myst has a fairly light build. He has longish pale white hair that seems to have a blue tint in bright lights. His eyes are an innocent brilliant ice green.
Personality: Quiet and detached, Myst avoids people. He enjoys being all alone, and enjoys walks. He doesn't like being startled-he's a little jumpy.
Powers: Control of the Higher Elements.
Pets: He has a cat and raven.

Doooone.Name: Caleb
Age: 18
Gender: Male
Looks: Built like a typical eighteen year old, Caleb doesn't stand out too much from the ‘dark’ stereotypical appearance. His hair isn't black, but it's close enough with a very dark brown hue that resembles black from a distance. It's short and often ruffed-looking, and it has a tendency to stand up a bit. Other than his hair length, he’s pretty much the image of a moody teen guy. In fact, the only parts of his face that stands out from the dull, dark colors of that style are his eyes. They're a startlingly vibrant green, and they're always shining with some emotion; even in the dullness of boredom his eyes spark with light.
*Note: He doesn’t choose the ‘dark’ look. It’s all natural, and he really couldn’t care less about a style.
Personality: Caleb's personality mirrors that of a normal teenage boy quite often, just without the pointless fits or jealousy or any of that. He's hard to interest and easily bored, resulting in him changing aimlessly from one thing to another without much thought on the manner. Quite frankly, when he's bored he's done and he's moving on, no matter what may compel him to stick with one thing. As a result, loyalty doesn't mean much to Caleb, not even loyalty to any Force. He doesn't have the undying passion that some of these Gifteds seem to have. That's not to say that it doesn't exist somewhere in him, it's just that he's yet to find anything to be passionate about. He's independent as well, and ends up wandering off on his own quite a bit.
He’s hard to kill. Why? It’s all in how emotionless he can be. When he feels like it he can be like stone, so killing doesn't start any unwanted reactions in him like pity. So he’ll always strike first and without regret. Fighting, in fact, is something he enjoys doing, whether it's verbally or physically. If he was to find any passion in something, it would probably be in a fight. Despite that, he's never rash. He fights hard and fast and almost always hits first, but his brain is constantly running. He thinks things through, albeit quickly and not always calmly.
He's not the arrogant type, but he's always confident. He never second guesses his decisions or his opinions, but it's not like he'll defend them forever. He knows when to back down. Something nearly arrogant about him, however, is his often-used 'lazy but confident' expression. Whenever he's bored he adopts that look, making him appear arrogant to some.
Powers: Incredible agility. Caleb is very, very light on his toes, to a point that it’s obviously enhanced in him as a power. In fact, his skills in camouflage are almost to the point of invisibility powers. This guy knows how to blend into the background. He’s faster than most Gifted Humans, plus he loves to show up how effortlessly he can do a backflip and land on your back to stab you dead.
In addition to that, Caleb has a form of raw, unrefined shadow elemental control. It’s like he was given control over shadows, but the giving process was severed halfway through. He has none of the fancy things that come with shadow control; he’s limited simply to a magical-like attack. Basically he can shoot a blast of black shadows that almost resembles dark fire. Silver light usually crackles through the blast as well. The results of the attack vary. The only constant is that wherever the attack lands it causes excruciating pain and hits like a physical attack – it can shove things and smash things rather than pass through stuff. Occasionally a burning or electrocution feeling will come with the attack.
Pets: HE HAS NO FRIENDS. Oh wait no that says pets. HE HAS NO PETS. If he did, he would eat them. Alive. Naw jk. He’s not that cruel. But regardless. You get the point. (We do fun sentence fragments. *Points to sentence*)
Family: Distanced from him long ago.
Weapon of Choice: (*Tempted to say mace*) Throwing knives. He has incredibly accuracy and power with his throws. In fact, he prefers smaller, deadly weapons. Put an unwieldy, awkward bludgeoning tool in his hands and he’ll be incredibly useless. It’s like putting a mace in a poet’s hands, for lack of a better simile. (Despite the fact that his hands are large and tough from years of use). Large weapon just disorient his fighting skills.

History: He prefers to live in the present – the past is not touched on with him. It’s vague, both in his memory and in anything anyone might learn about it.

I am an incurable "talk to my characters" addict. They talk to me. They also all hate me. Maybe something to do with...uh...*rubs back of neck nervously* killing and torturing them on numerous occasions.
