Burg sat behind the trash can and people-watched, waiting for his dinner.

Divona walked down the alley

Burg lifted his head and turned around. He saw another vampire walking toward him. "Who are you and what do you want?"

Divona looked down at Burg and stopped "I'm Divona and I want to walk away..." she muttered, passing him

He looked after her. "Hey. I'm sorry. I'm just hungry and when I'm hungry, I'm cranky." He offered her a half-smile. "I'm Burg, by the way."

Divona stopped and turned back to him "Ah, I see....i'm Divona..." she said, still not trusting him.

"Good to meet ya," he said getting up. He offered his hand.

Divona glanced down at it, not sure if she could trust him. Finally she sighed and shook his hand.

Burg nodded and shoved his hands in his pockets. He bit his lip and looked at her. "How you doing tonight? Find any good food?"

Divona smirked "Much. You?"

His stomach growled in response. "No..." He shook his head and laughed.

Divona rolled her eyes "Your in a city full of humans, honestly?"

"I'm sorta picky though..."

Leslie laughed as a man followed her,Honestly? This human is more stupid than I thought. She smiled as the man followed her down an alley and she bit down on his neck before he could scream. The sweet fcrimson splashed over her tongue and she left the bloodless body there. Wth that she walked past Burg and Divona.

Burg huffed. "Really? Even you can get a good meal?"

Divona smirked "Well get off your lazy ass and go eat!"

Leslie looked at Burg,"Of course I can. I'm actually huntng."

Divona nodded and glanced at Leslie

Leslie looked at Divona,"What?"

Divona shrugged "Nothing. What? Did my eyes hurt you?"

Leslie shook her head,"N-n-no. I just-" she was cut off and she put her hand to her nweck and saw her blood, she just woke up 20 minutes ago but couldnt remember what had happened before. She then felt her father's presence on her. He bit her and now she was bleeding from it. Ahe hadnt seen so much blood before and fell to her knees, her hands on the bitw mark.

Burg moved to the girl. "What the...?" He had never seen this before and he had never experienced it.

Divona noticed the mark on the girls neck. She didn't know exactly what had happened but she had a good idea...she smirked "Interesting.."

Lesie coughed , blood trickling down her mouth,"He.....bit me." She moved her hand, the bite mark turning to a crescent moon. Leslie fell unconscious.

Divona tried to shake her awake "Who?"

Leslie's head flooded with with thoughts. Her head kept getting jolts through it and t throbbed.

-------------2 hours later-------------

Leslie moaned and her eyes fluttered open,"Why did he bite me?"

Divona sat beside her "Who bit you?"

"My father. He said I shouldnt have killed that vampire. But he tried to kill me."

Divona looked confused Shouldn't have killed that vampire? she thought

Burg was pacing nearby, trying to figure out what to do. He glanced over and muttered, "Finally." He dropped to his knees beside the vampire. "What in the world happened?" He wasn't going to bother to ask her name.
