All you have to do is this ...
TEXT
so you do the arrow things before your text and arrow with a slash after the text though rather than the letter 'n' use the letter 'b' for bold and 'i' for italics.

Nicolle I promise that I am NOT stalking you....U just join all the book groups that I am interested in!!!!
Hello, everyone. Thanks for the invitation, Nicolle. I'm Kathy, and I live on Long Island, NY. I'm a single mom of 2 boys (I should say men, but that makes me feel old! lol) and I am a manager at a local independent bookstore. (Which is very dangerous, believe me!) I'm an avid reader and have been all my life! I look forward to talking books w/ you all! :)
Hey Kathy...welcome aboard!!! I would love to own a used bookstore someday...that would be my dream!!! I can't wait to discuss books either!!
Hi all. This group seems to have sprung back to life. It is great to see some activity here !
Hi everyone! I see some familiar faces!:) I am going to start looking at the list, and editing as I go:). And, this will take a while to finish, but I'm up for the challenge! For those of you I dont know, my name is Jill and I live in Houston, TX. I'm a social worker (currently working the the homeless population) and a photographer. I have a pup named Tilly who is like my kid.:) Happy reading!
Of course! I'll have to change it to my profile pic. She is a cute little terrier...black with white 'socks'. Sweet girl!:)
Hello Jill...I think I know who you are!! LOL!!! Love that all my friends are here:)
I have a puppy named Buddy, he is a 4 year old Maltese!!

Hi everyone!I live in England. Now retired from teaching and am so enjoying what I want to read. Will try most genres but not too keen on fantasy (although currently listening to The Traveler). Have tweaked my list a bit but looking forward to some different books.
Welcome to the group Sue....I hope that you like it here!!
Thank you for the invitation Nicolle. When I look back on my life, one of the few successful methods of relaxation that has worked for me is reading. It still works. I really should set more time aside for it. One hundred books is way out of range but I shall make a realistic list.
Hey. Thanks for the invite, Nicolle. Not sure I want to read aaaaall 100 books (I have zero interest in reading the bible ever) but would be cool to keep track of how many of them I have read.
Thanks for the invite! :D I'm Monica, from not-so-sunny north of Portugal, I've been a voracious reader for as long as I've known how to read - and before that, I pretended that I already knew how to read and spent whole afternoons turning pages of every book in the house.
So you see, I was born into a love story between me, paper and ink. It will last forever, and I wish you all the same :D
Now to work! I don't think I have read many from the 100 list, but theres alot in there I want to get around to this year - so its perfect.

You can change the list to suit your personal reading taste

Yeah, I think I will do. But nice to keep track if which books from the original list I've managed to read as well.
Welcome everyone. I picked this list out of all the others because of the wide range of books, many of which are easy reads.
Thanks for the invite Nicolle! I'm a total sucker for challenges. I should have been a Girl Scout when I was younger....all the badges. Looking forward to tackling the list! :)

Thanks for the invite. I set up a challenge thread. There are many on the list that I want to read so this seems to be the place for me. :-)
I'm an avid reader and love most genres. My husband & I also love to travel in the RV and are looking forward to the time when I retire and we can do that without having to rush back so I can get to work. We camped this past weekend and it rained almost constantly so we both read quite a bit.

Thanks for the invite, Nicolle. I've already read some of the books and I'm anxious to start reading some others.

I love reading on trains, maybe because of all the happy memories I have of doing so. I'm not so lucky as you to have a husband that likes reading :(
Reading on trains is the best! The lack of internet and distractions are wonderful (as long as you don't end up sat next to noisy/drunk/irritating people anyway). And yay for someone else who's afraid of driving!
My goal is to take a trip somewhere on the train. A couple of summers ago we took all the grandkids to a train museum and road the old train into town, had lunch and rode back to the museum. We all loved it! I think one of the pictures on my profile page is from that day.
Hubby didn't start reading until he retired 7 years ago. Now he reads all the time!! I have to work to find mystery series for him to read, then collect the books for him if we don't already have them.

Looking at the list - I'll have to settle for Harry Potter.
Just a note to everyone, the official book list is in the topic above this one names 'book challenge'. I notice some of you have probably borrowed off me as many of you have The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks on your list. I actually replaced the bible with this as I didn't fancy reading that. By all means keep this book on your list, or replace it with something of your own, or replace the bible. Just to let a few of you know if you aren't aware.

Hi, I'm Nicolle, I'm from England and I love to read so much that I very much expect that soemthing bad would happen if I didn't read for a whole day.
