I started Lara Adrian's Shades of Midnight about an hour ago when walking the dog :) What's everyone else reading?

I'm reading and I'm really enjoying it. I have to say I'm a little surprised how good it is.

I started this morning but now its shower & off to work time :0(

D.G., I ordered Married by Morning and Love in the Afternoon (+ a few others) from Book Depository a couple of weeks ago and am rather impatiently waiting for my order to arrive :) I enjoy Lisa Kleypas' books.

I started reading a few days ago once and always by judith Mcnaught i hope that is the right author It pretty goods but I have read better I order whitney my love I heard a lot about that.

MbM is a hoot. Leo is the wittiest hero I've ever seen.

I read an excerpt from MbM on LK's website and I loved it. I'm thinking I may have to re-read the first three books while I'm waiting :)

reading Lie Down In Roses

I'm reading . I'm enjoying it.

I just finished that last weekend Colleen. I thought it was pretty good.

I'm over halfway through Sins of the Heart by Eve Silver, a third of the way through The Weed that Strings the Hangman's Bag by Alan Bradley, nearly finished a reread of Dark Lover by JR Ward, and will start Midnight Crystal by Jayne Castle and Holiday Grind by Cleo Coyle this week.

Just finished rereading for my SRC Comfort Read... I adore this book:-)

I'm in the middle of reading . I'm not thrilled about it yet; it seems to be slow even though there's plenty of action.


Next up is , which I'm really looking forward to.

i'm reading Cut & Run for the baseball one in the SRC challenge (might also use it as my reader's pick read)...then the next BDB, Lover Unbound and the next LOTU, The Darkest Pleasure and listening to The Dark Highlander on the Ipod (Sense and Sensibility will be up next for that)

I didn't finish the Summer one, I was too disorganized... But I've gotten a pretty good list going for this one:-) I hope I'll manage to finish!

Anyone that knows me wouldn't even bother asking...lol. Christine Feehan just released a new one. In other words I'm reading Dark Peril by the stupendous awesome Christine Feehan. It came out 8/31 but I didn't get a chance to start it until today.

Just finished , and was pretty disappointed (first time this happens with a DP)... 3-3.5*
I just thought the usual DP angst was missing:-(

I'm reading Mockingjay

Read , gave it 3.5-4* because I didn't appreciate King's attitude to Elissa when he was still mixed up with another woman... Now started for the SRC challenge... looks like a fun read, I'm 30 pages in and the heroine has already kneed the hero in the family jewels:-)

I started Devil in Winter by Lisa Kleypas this afternoon. I'm looking forward to getting further into it and seeing how LK redeems Sebastian.

Just finished One Dance with a Duke (which I loved!) and starting A Kiss at Midnight tonight.

Finished Owls Well That Ends Well . I'm not sure how a garage sale turned into a murder scene and developed into a weekend long carnival with funnel cakes and sno-cones, but Meg's family made it somehow believable.

Still in the middle of Unholy Ghosts . Haven't done much reading today. Just finished making my Chocolate Chai cupcakes, so I'll probably get a little reading in before sleeping.

Read last night, awesome and hilarious book (with a good dose of angst at the end), 5*.... and just finished , another light and easy read: 4-4.5*

Sure, Have a virtual cupcake, chai buttercream icing optional. Mmmmm! Smell that cardamom. Best. Spice. Ever. And just slightly less intense, the smell of dark chocolate mixed with cinnamon and cloves. And since it's virtual, you don't have to worry about all the calories and fat from 3 sticks of butter and 8 eggs that went into the batter alone. ;)

Currently reading I loved the first book, so I'm pretty sure this one will be amazing as well.

I finally started this last night. I have the arc to this even though it had already come out.

Still working on the book that will not be named because I just can't seem to finish it... but when I am done I'm going to start instead of !! I'm so glad that the long weekend is coming up so I can get ahead in my challenges!!

LOL! I haven't read any of those, Melanie! I'd say go with Christie Craig because I think you've read the two other authors recently. :)

I just finished which was good but there were too many freaking people. I think everybody that even breathed in the other 3 books made an appearance (and had pages and pages devoted to them) and like 3 new guys showed up screaming, I'll have a book soon!

Sin also annoyed the heck out me. I was planning to start her book next but I think I need a break from her. Don't know what to pick up next.

What about Loretta Chase's new book ? I read it 2 days ago and really enjoyed it:-) Otherwise, you always have Beatrix and Christopher.. is also great and funny:-)

Thanks Melanie! I think I'll go with Beatrix and Christopher. I read Leo & Cat's story just before the Demonica book and I'm dying to get back to that series!

I am currently reading Nobody's Darling and so far it is pretty good!

Hope you like them:-) I finished ... Not my favorite CC, but a light read... 4 stars:-) I'm going off grid till Monday, it's my bf's bday, and I don't think I should be sneaking off to read a couple chapters in my latest book, lol:-)

do you like the CC books? i'm using the first one in the SRC challenge (the spell your name in a book title)
