The Mystery, Crime, and Thriller Group discussion

I tend to read a pretty wide range of genre and literary fiction. I enjoy mysteries, but am not too keen on the thriller end of the spectrum. Some of my favorite mystery writers are Margaret Coel, Patricia Cornwall, and Tony Hillerman. I like writers who develop their characters, but I will read a quick, lightweight mystery when I just want to be entertained.

Welcome Patricia. If you are a fan of Tony Hillerman have you read any of the books by James Doss? My husband says Doss's books are very good.
