Farina walked into the castle's kitchen, her arms loaded with vegetables for dinner for the royal family tonight.

Jane walked into the royal dinning hall "hello everyone" she said gretmeting them with a warm smile she had been in especially good mood after doing well in practice. She sat next to Daniel "how's everyone day going" she said cheerily

Farina stood in the doorway separating the kitchen from outside, watching the scene.

Janes happy mood quickly slipped away "bye daniel" she said quietly feeling ignored "how was your training Selene" she said not that interested but trying to be polite

((what about knights do they equal bad a** street fighters lol)) "well I don't like to brag but I think I did pretty darn good my mentor says I'm inproving" she said forcing a smiled ((is this breakfast lunch or dinner??))

((Kay)) miika laughed "yeah being a knight ain't just horse back riding and sword weilding it's a heck of a lot harder than it looks too" she said "so when shall dinner be served" she said

((ah hem or gentle ladies))

"yes you are most likely correct" she said "well I'm sure the king can be late if he wants to" she said laughing

Her stomach growled "hmm I'm so bored" she said playing with her silverwear idly

((I thought you were an archery person))

((Wow, I'm lost here, so I will watch from a far and wait till something happens and interfere!!!!!))

Corey walked into the stables, petting his horse on the muzzle.

Jane figured dinner wouldn't be served soon so she decided to go out and practice for her next knight test "if you'll excuse me I'm sure dinner won't be served soon so I'm going to go do some practicing" she said leaving the dinning hall and heading past the stables and seeing Corey and stopping "hello Corey how are you" she said smiling warmly

"Oh, hello Jane." He smiled, turning to face her.

She stepped into the barn and stood by Coreys horse petting her Maine "your horse is quite beautiful" she said smiling and wishing she had a horse that was nice like that

"Why thank you." He smiled. "Her name is Erika."

She patted the horse "hi Erika your a good girl" she cooed "so how's the life of a real knight" she asked smiling and giggling

Jade fed the horse a sugar cube and patted the horse

"It's nice; at least I'm done running around the castle as a squire." He laughed.

((Hmmm, well..... I would volunteer my brother; but he doesn't get the concept of no technology))

Jane giggled "well you get loads of respect but as me being the only girl knight in training I'm expected to fail" she said sadly

"Ah, don't worry." He smiled. "You'll be a knight soon; and that'll be a blow in the chest for everyone else. And you must have been good to be selected to train for knighthood"

Corey turned around; "What was that scream?!" He exclaimed.

Jane turned toward the sound alarmed "I think it came from over by the apple tree let's go see what it was" she said dashing off to where she heard the scream

Corey raced after jane

Jane stopped in front the tree to see to fallen apples one bitten out of. She picked it up then heard a softer screech from the forest "come on I think it's the princess" she said reconizing the sound

"Yeah! Let's go!" Corey said, running towards the scream.

"whose coming" she asked taking the princesses hand and leading her out of the forest "Corey I'm gonna take her back to the castle do you mind checking for the kidnapper" she asked

He nodded running back into the forest

Jane untied the rope around ivorys wrist and handed her a tissue "it'll be okay I'm taking you straight to the king" she said walking her to the castle

Jane nodded and left ivory for a moment to tell Corey to come back. "Corey ivory says the kidnapper is gone and to come back I think she would feel safer with a big strong knight" she said smiling a little and walking back to ivory "come on let's get back to the castle" she said

Jane led her to the kings chambers "sorry to disturb you your highness but the princess was just almost kidnapped and I thought I should inform you before I take her to her bed chambers" she said

"yes sir" she said "shall I take her along with me while I find the knights" she asked "or escort her to her bed chambers"

She nodded "yes sir I will do as you wish to make sure this will never happen again, and if it's of any help I can guard her chamber at dawn" she said "I will be off to find the two knights to guard her and bring the rest to you" she said bowing and carefully leading the princess out of the kings chambers

Jane nodded "okay I'll wait outside the door if you hear a noise or something just scream or call out my name" she said standing by the door to Ivys chamber

Jane knocked gently on the door "are you finished ma'am" she asked slightly nervous about leaving the princess alone. She wondered where Corey had gone, well she would have to find him and Daniel. Maybe she could be on watch duty with Corey, she smiled to herself but then quickly made herself focus on protecting the princess not some silly crush and a knight she could never have ((thanks for the picture cause I had no idea what a slimmer was lol))

Jane frowned "um no but I can er go get him, well we can go find him" she said "I'm sure he's around here somewhere" she said leading the princess down the hallway. Even in her causal wear ivory looked stunning, Jane sighed she could not compare, Jane was just plain. ((Kendra this would be a good time to start rping))

((I'M SORRY!!!! I WAS TRYING TO MAKE EGGS AND IT MADE A FAIL!!))

Corey walked up to them, breathing heavily. "I lost him" he sighed

((oh it's okay and why were u making eggs??)) "it's okay, the king wants two knights gaurding her at all times and wants all the other knigts to report to him for more orders" she informed "I guess ill go round up the rest of the knights" she said "do you think you can watch her mr knight" she said smiling slightly

((I wanted to make some for breakfast.... :P))

"I think I can handle that" he smiled charmingly

janes heart melted as he smiled she didn't want to leave but she had to obey the kings orders. She snapped out of her girlish daze and focused "I uh guess I'll be off then, I'll be back in a jiff um Corey would it be okay if I er helped you guard the princess you know give me some practice at being a real knight" she asked hoping to get to spend some time with Corey

"sure Jane" he smiled "it would be good practicefor you"

"very well" he said

He walked up the stairs, leading her to her room

"well, I just lost tue kidnapper; so unlucky if you ask me" he said

Jane happily walked away smiling and sighing as she rounded up the knights. They at first didn't take her seriously but soon understood the importance and urgency as she led them to the king. She came into his chambers "as you requested your highness I have brought all of the knights except one who I could not find" she wasn't exactly truthful she knew where dianel was but she didn't want him to get in trouble because after all he was supposed to be guarding ivory

Jane stood by the door as the knights left "um sir is it okay if I help guard the princess with Corey or do you require me to do anything else" she asked
