Okay the book FANG.
Love Fang, love the whole series of Maximum Ride. And i even loved this book. But let me just say it freakin drove me crazy. First off Angel, who we all thought was a little angel, no pun intended, turns out to be a little demon. I mean you saw glimpses of it in the first few books. But nothing too bad. But that's what makes you love it more, and hate it at the same time. She throws you for a loop every time. That make you want to know what she's gonna so next. Then there is this Dylan character. Who lets be honest is hot as hell. But is trying to get rid of Fang so he can be Max's "Soul mate." Which also makes the book interesting. You want to keep reading to see if Fang kicks his butt, or if Dylan steals Max. But what makes you mad, and what makes you itching for the next book to come out, is the fact is the freakin loop they throw in. It makes you want to throw the book across the room. But i can't tell you so i don't ruin the ending. But is a really good book all in all. It may make you mad as hell, and shut it for a few seconds. But you will finish it in one day.

FAIR BLOWS THE WIND >loius lamour

It is a great love story and short to read. I think it is a novella so you must all read it. It is about the great tatton chantry and his quest to reclaim his throne and stature and the ways the he goes about it.

Incarceron by Catherine Fisher.
What can I say? I'm in love with this book.
It takes place hundreds of years in the future, with the world stifled by Protocol, a seemingly perfect soulution to all the worlds problems. Protocol entails that everyone must act as if they live in the Renaissance. The nobles live in castles, where they frequently breach the Protocol while the servants toil in the fields.
But the main focus of the book is the prison, Incarceron, where they dumped all the bad people in the world when Protocol was decided.
Finn believes that he has not always not been born in Incarceron, signified by the royal eagle tattoo on his wrist.
Then there is Claudia, the Warden of Incarceron's daughter who is determined to get out of an arranged marriage.
Both her and Finn's lives are brought together by the discovery of a crystal key that may or may not solve both of their problems.

An AMAZING book that will keep you guessing till the very end. The characters are all well rounded and likable and it's very deep.
I love it (ESPECIALLY JARED).

kero This is a hard one but I have to say, Hold Still by Nina LaCour and Speak by Laurie Halse Anderson(sp) were by far the best books I've ever read.

message 15: by Christa (new)

Christa (christa_holley) | 442 comments Mod
Yeah, Speak is really good. I'm not sure about Hold still. I will have to look that one up.

message 16: by Rebecca (new)

Rebecca (alwaysrebecca) | 635 comments I really liked the book speak but I haven't heard of hold still. What's it about?

message 17: by [deleted user] (new)

I read cut. I liked that book a lot.

message 18: by kero (new)

kero 13 reasons why made me cry. I loved it though. Hold still is a lot like it.

message 19: by Rebecca (new)

Rebecca (alwaysrebecca) | 635 comments I really enjoyed cut.

The Host was amazing book to. Pretty confusing in the first few chapters. But it makes you want to keep reading.

message 23: by Rebecca (new)

Rebecca (alwaysrebecca) | 635 comments I enjoyed the host alot, however I'm not a big fan of the twilight series.

message 24: by Terri (new)

Terri (terrilovescrows) | 16 comments I read Cut and 13 Reasons Why. Both time though the stories were well done, I could not get it. I guess I have a hard time understanding how self-destruction makes sense.

Crank
5 out of 5
Amazing, shocking, wonderful.
Ellen Hopkin's writing style is just so bluntly amazing it makes the book hard to put down.
It follows the sad tale of a former straight A student who gets hooked on drugs and her whole life just goes down the drain.
But really it's so much more. Dark literature at its best.

Juliet Marriller Books are my favorite. Her redition of celtic folk tales, and other many great storytellers makes her one of my favorite authors of all time. <3

I don't know either, I thought they already have it here. The only way I could get it is through my school's library!

message 36: by Rebecca (new)

Rebecca (alwaysrebecca) | 635 comments Hmmm... Either way my library still needs to get it, so I guess I just will have to be patient and find other books to read while I wait.

Camilla (camillaisloved) Sing Me to Sleep by Angela Morrison ... just saying, this book is AMAZING! I'm not really into all the high school drama some books carry-and this book is about two high school teens-but this book was different! If you like to read about the underdog rising, this book is for you! WARNING: You may want a box of Kleenex toward the end!

message 39: by [deleted user] (last edited Nov 06, 2010 02:52PM) (new)

thanks because I was debating reading that, now I definently will:)
