Cecilia gazed around at the surrounding land. She was on her dragon, Sylvia, and they were searching for a mind. she had felt the presence of another magical mind somwhere and had to find it. Suddenly, she thought to her dragon Down there, I can feel it we're almost there! Sylvia felt it too. they landed right infront of the one whom they were searching for.

Valisity took her last sip of the deer that ran past her. She looked around and saw a dragon. "Wow." she said before she hid beind a rock

Kami giggled, flowing swiftly over the rock to where Valisity was hiding.

Valisity jumped and saw Kami, "You scared me." she said in a low whisper

"Hi!" Gracie said. "How is everyone today?"

"Good." Valisity said standing up, "I just saw a dragon."

"Ooo, cool!" Gracie said. "Where? I would like to see it!"

Valisity pointed to the spot where the dragon landed, "There." she said, "If it's hurt I'll heal."

"You can heal?" Gracie said. "Cool! That's a very pretty dragon.."

"Of course I can." Valisity said, "Didn't I tell you my powers?"

"No!" Gracie said. "I wasn't here, if you did tell others! I just got here. But then again, you don't know my powers!"

"Oh yeah." Valisity said, "Well I can heal and bring people and animals back from the dead."

"Ooo that's really cool!" Gracie said. "My powers aren't as good as that! I can only see into the future. Only a couple of days though. And, occationaly, I can read minds."

"That's cool." Valisity said, "Sometimes mine get out of control and it ends bad."

"Oo..I haven't learned to control my mind reading." Gracie sighed. "If I get started, I can't stop. Well, I can but it takes a lot of consontration to stop, and it gets to intense, and I usually faint." She smiled.

"That's what happens with me." Valisity said, "And other stuff."

"Well, did you just discover your powers?" asked Gracie. "I just did, and I am usually alone, my family is all far away. I don't know if I got it from my parents, or if I didn't."

"I've known my powers since I became a vampire." Valisity said, "It's just hard to control bring something back to life."

"You're a Vampire?" Gracie said. "Wow...sorry, I just didn't realize that!"

"It's okay." Valisity said staring out into the night sky

"I Should understand.." Gracie said. "I am hafe elvin. People act all weird around me just because I am not the race!"

"Half elf huh?" Valisity said, "Not weird at all. I've seen weirder."

"Yes, I am." Gracie said, laughing. "Really? Weirder? Hm..."

"Try half dwarf half giant." Valisity said, "I healed one."

Gracie laughed. "Wow...that must be weird!!"

"Very weird. Was the size of a human but had the characteristics of both dwarf and giant." Valisity said laughing

"Wow..!" Gracie said, amazed. "I would hate to deal with that! Giants can be sooo stuborn!"

"I know." Valisity said making a face

Gracie was craking up. "Well, I can be extremly annoying." She said. "In battles, for my family is very battle ready, I am impossible to beat! It makes every man agitated!"

"Well I wounldn't get in battle with me." Lissi said, "All I have to do is make my powers out of control."

"Ya, that could getcha." Gracie said. "My powers can get out of hand too, if I read someones mind, they might die of pain before I make it out!" She laughed.

"Oh please don't read my mind or ever let me try to heal you." Lissi said

Gracie laughed. "I won't. Not untill I learn to control it!" She giggled.

"Good." Lissi said staring into space

"Well, whatcha staring at?" Gracie said.

"Hmmm?" Lissi said, "Oh just spacing out."

"Oh," Gracie sighed. "Ok! And I never got your name...?"

"I'm Valisity. But you can call me Lissi." she said, "Your Gracie right?"

"Yep." Gracie thought. "Valisity...that's a pretty name! So it Lissi! You COULD call me Grace, if you wanted to."

"Thanks." Lissi said, "So how long have you been away from your family?"

"Oh, I don't know, 5 or 6 years." She smiled. "Thay aren't very friendly."

"I'm sorry." Lissi said

"it's fine!" Gracie said, laughing. "I'd just rather be around nicer people! They got into fights way too much."

"Really?" Lissi asked, "Where have you been staying."

"Oh, just anywhere I could find. In houses of nice people, under hay, in barns, in the streets. It Dosen't bother me much."

"I would never have been able to do that." Lissi said

"Well, one of the many up sides of being half elf is being emuin to most harmfull things, and endurance. I could sleep in the street in a blizzard!" She laughed.

"I can't even touch snow without being cold." Lissi said laughing, "Even in the summer I am cold."

"Haha!! Most vampires are cold, huh? If you are a vampire, why don't you go ahead and suck my blood?"

"Yeah." Lissi said, "But I don't need human blood now. That's why I have feeders."
