Unapologetic_Bookaholic This used to be my favorite sub genre. Now I'm reading more BDSM. My
Favorite theme was shifters. Then vampires. My first favorite series was The Dark Hunters. I have a lot of paranormal romance sitting on my shelf but I'm making room for other themes.

Trilogy99 | 4 comments I dig paranormal romance, and paranormal erotica. A little BDSM is okay, but not if it's too dark or overdone.

Unapologetic_Bookaholic There has to be romance/love. I can't do a heavy theme like BDSM without the connection of love. There is something much more erotic about a loving spanking or a loving binding :)

Gabrielle Blaque/~Bhlack Benehvolence~ (werewolfgrl1) | 226 comments I haven't read a lot of BDSM novels and the ones I have read have been... well m/m related there was one light BDSM scene in an anthology I read, but when it comes m/f BDSM that anthology was about it.

I've always loved paranormal romance novels paranormal romance is one of my favorite genres, it's also something I hope to be able to write myself one day.

I'm also really paranormal romances that are a bit comedic. Here's one funny paranormal romance book that I read that I absolutely loved!

Dragon Actually (Dragon Kin, #1) by G.A. Aiken Great book and awesome series so far!

Unapologetic_Bookaholic I heard good things about that too :)

Debbie McClure | 3 comments Long before I became a writer of paranormal romance, I was an avid reader. Books by J.R. Ward, Christine Feehan, and so many more, tweaked my imagination and had me turning the pages. Now, thanks to my Kindle, I can read, save, add to my Wish List, as many books as I want, and read them when I can. Here's a question for the group, how many of you have e-readers and read books there, and how many still prefer print versions? My own book is out in both formats, but it would be interesting to get a brief concensus for reader preference, as it's a hot topic of discussion in the publishing/writing world.

Gabrielle Blaque/~Bhlack Benehvolence~ (werewolfgrl1) | 226 comments I have a Nook reader but I don't always read on it, in fact to be truthful its been quite a while since I've read anything on my reader.

I've been reading paperback books since I first got into reading and paperback is still my preference I just don't think I'll ever be able to completely give up reading "real" books.
