Slipstream Fiction discussion

I've just joined the group - any group with the name Borges in its description is likely to attract me! I'm a New Zealand author, some of whose work (especially my short fiction) falls into the "slipstream" or "interstitial" category - especially my new short story collection, "Transported". Borges is my favourite author, but among my other favourites, Gene Wolfe, J. G. Ballard and Angela Carter probably fall into the Slipstream category.
