I just finished The Boy Book: A Study of Habits and Behaviors, Plus Techniques for Taming Them by E. Lockhart. It was a very funny book, and I liked the theme of it. It's about a girl that has regular high school problem that im sure any high school girl can relate to. This book wasn't like a window, it was more like a mirror. Some of the problems that Ruby (the main charactor) had, I could relate to. Ruby is a good character too. Shes easy to relate to and easy to follow along as her story is told. Over all this book was good and funny just like the first one. And im sure the third will be just as good.
I just reviewedThe Secret Hour by Scott Westerfeld. It is a bit suspenseful but also a bit slow, the characters are stereotypical and flat, its is quite forgettable, and the writing style is filled with cliches. And the whole book is just basically too young for me.
i just reviewed A Million Little Piecesby James Freymy favorite quote from the book so far
"When I see you, the World stops. It stops and all that exists for me is you and my eyes staring at you. There's nothing else. No noise, no other people, no thoughts or worries, no yesterday, no tomorrow. The World just stops, and it is a beautiful place, and there is only you."
— James Frey (A Million Little Pieces)
I just reviewed Impulse.. I am just starting the book. It is a very good and well written book. I like all of Ellen Hopkins books because they are all very interesting and keep you entertained. this book is very believable and keeps you in the book for them first page. I recommend it.
