Most of our titles are now available on the iBookstore and you can downloads some fab free samples. Easiest way to find them is to search by author name or Miranda Forbes.
I think they look fab but please give me your feedback.

I'm up at the Harrogate Simply Christmas Fair and it's VERY quiet. With temps of -9 forecast for the weekend I can't see it getting any better!

Hi - sorry I've been quiet but I've been snowed under developing a fab new website. Here's the offical press release and a sneak peak!

Xcite Books Ltd is launching a One-Stop Shop for romantic and erotic ebooks and audio formats from publishers and authors around the globe. It offers a unique, genre specific, shopping experience for romance and erotica readers because they can discover new authors and publishing companies alongside their established favourites. For publishers and authors it offers the opportunity to upload their content, set pricing and view live sales stats within their own content supplier account.
Xcite Books, winners of the ETO Best Erotic Book Brand and Jade Erotic Awards saw a nine-fold increase in ebook sales in 2010. “Developing the site has been a major commitment for us but we believe there’s great potential in selling our titles alongside those of other publishers and authors. There is such a breadth of range in the romance and erotica genres that offering a one-stop-shop makes a great deal of sense,” explained Hazel Cushion, Managing Director at Accent Press.
The site will be launched on March 1st 2011 and will replace Xcite’s three current sites that serve the UK, USA / Canada and Australia / New Zealand markets. Content Partners can access the customer base of these sites; also the affiliate programme will encourage website operators, authors, readers and bloggers to drive traffic and sales. There are no set-up fees and Content Partners get paid 60% of all sales. Paul Andrews, CEO of Andrews UK (a publisher and distributor of over 2000 titles) says "We are always keen to supply to new markets, and we believe this new website is an interesting and innovative way to provide the best content to a targeted audience".
Authors are also welcomed by the site providing their work is ISBN registered. This offers an exciting opportunity to new authors and also those with backlist eBooks rights. They can also promote themselves with their own information page where photos, author information and links to blogs can be added. Best-selling author Katie Fforde said, “This offers an exciting opportunity for authors who write for niche markets and interests that wouldn’t necessarily justify commercial print runs, such as romantic short stories.”
A white label facility is in development enabling companies to have a fully branded version of the site from which they can gain commission on sales.
